I love this app! Although I have to say, the best part is actually the customer service! I've had a few problems uploading reviews from previous platform and with the widget design, but within minutes they have responded and sorted the issue straight away. I highly recommend this app. It's simple to use and can be fully customised to match your branding. Thank you.

The support staff answered a technical question lickety-split!! Fixed the issue in less than 10 minutes. If the rest of the integration and usage goes this well - I have no reason to give less than the stars I have... UPDATE - 9/18/2023 It appears that my initial review requires revision. A week before this update, the connectivity between Meta and Stamped was somehow damaged. I opened a ticket and have heard nothing since then. The issue revolves around "Social Push," where we are supposed to be able to link a Facebook Page to the Reviews and have them automate publishing. That being said, since they never reached back out to me offering any guidance on when the fix will be implemented, what the status of of the engineers who are supposed to be working on it, nor does their own "Status Page" indicate there are any current issues - I have revised this due to lack of communication on their end which requires me to prompt getting information from them. Very poor communication path at this time and I took off 2 stars for it. If it changes, perhaps I will change this review. Until then it stands.

So far, so good. Had some trouble and their CS was great at resolving the issue. Though, I would recommend giving the end user a way to clear the Suppressed Profiles (email exclusions). Just to avoid extra work on their part when dealing with support tickets to have that section cleared.

I have been using stamped for around 2 years now. The functionality is great, easy to use and the website display is very professional. I had some issues with code in the checkout recently and emailed the team - they had it fixed within the day, the prompt and friendly service was much appreciated!

So far this app appears to be fantastic for pulling in new reviews for items sold on site. If this is your need, I definitely recommend trying it. For importing external reviews for one of a kind products, it's been a challenge. Populating the spreadsheet is time consuming and product images won't load properly, or once loaded, sometimes disappear. Customer service has been kind and very prompt to respond when contacted. Just wish there were a more efficient process for uploading external reviews of one of a kind items.
