WOW! This app is the real deal. I and instantly was able to get to work customizing my messaging and thank you offer. I love this app and more importantly my customers are actually using it. If you run a real store and are looking to ramp up your social proof, this app is a must. The price is very much worth the reward.

BEST CUSTOMER SUPPORT EVER. I am a novice at coding/website developing and I needed some help installing and modifying Stamped on my shopify shop. These guys were SUPER responsive and helped me out in a pinch. I'm so glad I picked Stamped! Also, they review customization is outstanding. Everything looks great on my site. I would definitely recommend Stamped to any of my CEO friends.

The app looks great on our site and is very easy to use. Whenever we have encountered any issues there support has quickly resolved them. Highly recommended to anyone wanting reviews on their website.

Using this app 2021-2025 and I had to update our review to warn other merchants that bugs persist in this app, taking us a huge amount of time to publish & feature each review (ie lots of screen refreshes, repeated checking of status of each live vs not live review has changed). For 1-2 years they have promised fixes but just this week we learn there is a wait on for a new version of the app being built though they cant tell us when it will be available. No attempt to mitigate or overcome the issues from stamped.io by offering workarounds, or an app fee break/discount so we are planning to migrate to an alternative app ASAP.

So far, it's an attractive review system and seems to have good functionality. The downside is that the help documentation is really, really terrible. Poorly written, hard to understand, vague, and some of it is out of date or missing important information.

This app is super easy to set up and works in the background collecting reviews for us. It is easy to customize the emails and to write reviews. The support staff has helped me on several occasions with installing widgets to display the app and have been amazing and quick to respond.

The steps provided to get the app up and running were pretty easy to follow. When I did need help, customer service was very quick to help me, they even installed the widgets on my site for me! I got reviews on my site up in just a few hours. Definitely recommend!
