Simple, easy to use, and effective. Customer service is actually amazing - my issue was answered and fixed in minutes!
I cannot fault the customer support I have received in setting up both this and their Rewards/Loyalty app. I am looking forward to linking the reviews and rewards apps to offer an integrated service to my customers and make it easier for me to manage my store.
Loving this app! Customers are leaving me 5 star reviews, its attaching to the website on the product pages. Also emailed for support on a page template and it was resolved within the hour! thank you
Takes very long time to load. Feature not many. Hard to get a review from customers. Not recommended.

Also there is a suite of revenue-generating features comparable with our competitors out in the market, some of which will require a paid plan. Our review request email is also optimized to provide the best possible conversion rate for our users, by making sure that the in-email form works in most email clients, which is the main feature that boosts conversion rate, compared to the traditional review link that most other app uses. We added Stamped to replace another review provider. It integrates seamlessly into Shopify and is easy to use. The additional widget functionality is also easy to add on the site for additional review exposure. While we are still evaluating the functionality, this is a great tool so far and very affordable!
I used this app to get better at collecting reviews. I collected some, but I realised I hadn't configured the deliverability of my review emails. So I contacted support and they sorted it for me immediately. On the same day, they also helped me set up my rich snippets so Google can show my review ratings in search results! Great app, even better customer service.
Outstanding customer support! Our store has yet to launch so the jury is out as far as the functionality of the app but we are confident the developer has our back if we run into issues! I would 100% recommend this app!
Best Review Platform without a doubt. I actually used the top 5 that shopify had to offer and Stamped.io was the best for sure. On top of that, the customers support was extremely helpful and quick. I haven't experienced anything this level of service ever. Thank you!

Very helpful in getting customers to write a review of the products they bought from our store. Fairly easy to use and has many customization functions. Support is also prompt and very helpful. Overall, very happy with the product.
Fairly useful app. I’ll keep using it until I find something better. The UI to review and manage reviews could be more smooth and intuitive.
