We added Stamped to replace another review provider. It integrates seamlessly into Shopify and is easy to use. The additional widget functionality is also easy to add on the site for additional review exposure. While we are still evaluating the functionality, this is a great tool so far and very affordable!

I used this app to get better at collecting reviews. I collected some, but I realised I hadn't configured the deliverability of my review emails. So I contacted support and they sorted it for me immediately. On the same day, they also helped me set up my rich snippets so Google can show my review ratings in search results! Great app, even better customer service.

Outstanding customer support! Our store has yet to launch so the jury is out as far as the functionality of the app but we are confident the developer has our back if we run into issues! I would 100% recommend this app!

Best Review Platform without a doubt. I actually used the top 5 that shopify had to offer and Stamped.io was the best for sure. On top of that, the customers support was extremely helpful and quick. I haven't experienced anything this level of service ever. Thank you!

Very helpful in getting customers to write a review of the products they bought from our store. Fairly easy to use and has many customization functions. Support is also prompt and very helpful. Overall, very happy with the product.

Fairly useful app. I’ll keep using it until I find something better. The UI to review and manage reviews could be more smooth and intuitive.

Stamped.io has a lot of great features that make it easy for an e-commerce brand that's just starting out to get started with posting reviews. Best part is their responsiveness to any and all questions I have. I get a detailed response to any questions I have within an hour, even on the weekends. Best customer service of any app on Shopify.

Great customer support. I had a question with the widget, and they could answer it within a few hours. Highly recommended. addendum: Had a small issue, but it was resolved quickly. Plus, they added more monthly orders to my plan, albeit for one month, to clear the backlog. The plan is pricey, though.

Fantastic app and the service when you require help with the app in any way is fantastic! I came back to this app and needed help to tweak the widget and with my billing, both departments helped and are helping with incredible service and speed.

The team is so responsive and helpful with any challenges that arise. We really like stamped and feel it was a strong upgrade when we switched from Yotpo.

App is great. I wish there was more flexibility in what is shown on some of the display widgets (e.g. choosing to show 'country' for review). Support team has been helpful since day one and also on more one-off requests.
