Amazing customer service, honestly they respond within hours and go above and beyond to help. Super happy to pay for the paid plans because of this. The app is great and takes a lot off my hands, and it has fully customizable features.

Not only is Stamped easy to use, integrate and beautifully designed - but what really sets this software apart is their customer service. Any time I have a question or need help their support gets back to me within hours, sometimes minutes - even on weekends. If you are considering a review app Stamped is your best option.

Good functionality, was easy to install. Great and fast customer service. I would really love if you guys can sync reviews from other channels like Etsy, not manually upload them all the time. Anyway the app is good, I'm recommend.

We have been using Stamped.io for our reviews and loving it. I had some issues with transferring our reviews to a new site, and the team at Stamped exceeded my expectations. Not sure how I can put into words how well this app has worked for us. It’s allowed us to email customers automatically after 3 weeks of purchase to offer them discount on next purchase when they leave a review. The reviews coming in have made sales increase to new customers, and also made the existing ones feel rewarded for their loyalty. The app was easy to install and i customised the colours to suit our site... and emails too. I have now got a good collection of reviews so I have created a dedicated reviews page on the site too which automatically showcases our items. I have probably only scratched the surface of the app’s capability and haven’t used all social features yet. All I know is that our conversion rate on the site is now at 13% and a month ago we were at 9%. I would also like to thank Kaushik at stamped for delivering some of the best customer service that I have ever experienced. He went out of his way to help me with an issue coding the colours of the reviews when I embedded them into a 3rd party search app... who had left me to my own devises.

This is the most customizable app I have found. I love that as a new business they aren't locking basic settings under the free plan, then I can upgrade once my business grows. Customer support was quick and super helpful. I highly recommend!
