Really easy to use and plugs into to most themes in a few clicks. Very happy with the product and the support, too!

After using other "free" and "paid" services for review hosts, I am ultimately beyond pleased for switching to Stamped.io. Within just the first week, we've received over 2000% the reviews we used to get, and are getting valuable feedback from customers we otherwise wouldn't have. As a small, handcrafted business, this means SO much; our structure is our customers, and being able to redesign and reimagine our products through feedback is what keeps us apart from the crowd. I seriously cannot believe how many people are leaving reviews, versus the occasional monthly one (if that). It's a daily thing now, and it happens multiple times a day sometimes. I definitely recommend Stamped if you're on-the-fence!

Absolutely LOVING Stamped.io to manage our reviews. We used Yotpo for the past year and a half and when our contract expired we looked at review apps that were more native to Shopify. Stamped.io fit our needs perfectly. Not only are we paying a FRACTION of the price compared to Yotpo, but we have more features, the admin is simple to set up and use, and review responses are higher.

App is working great. Was fairly easy to install and customer service has so far been quick to respond to my questions.

We are now using it for our second shopify store. All app is self answering, however in case you need support, its fast and accurate.

Could not get it to work with my Symmetry theme. The CSV import procedure was ineffective and laborious. Changing the "reply from" field required juggling my GoDaddy accounts. Instructions for changing code were meant for coders, not retailers. Sorry, couldn't use it.

app was easy to set up and no hassle at all! Received reviews from our customers minutes later! We will use Stamped.io for many years to come.

It would be better if the product in an order we all listed to be reviewed and submitted together. instead of the algo deciding on one to be given the priority and the others only showing below. customers are reviewing just the top ones and not the ones below (the other products)

Review layout was clear. But, a customer left reviews for 2 items. Only 1 is showing. Overly complicated process. Customer service poor. Did not understand a simple 1 sentence question. I will no longer use this app.

Easiest app to upload reviews to. Quick customer service. Highly recommend this review app compared to Shopify and Judge.me

Amazing customer service, honestly they respond within hours and go above and beyond to help. Super happy to pay for the paid plans because of this. The app is great and takes a lot off my hands, and it has fully customizable features.
