We are now using it for our second shopify store. All app is self answering, however in case you need support, its fast and accurate.

Could not get it to work with my Symmetry theme. The CSV import procedure was ineffective and laborious. Changing the "reply from" field required juggling my GoDaddy accounts. Instructions for changing code were meant for coders, not retailers. Sorry, couldn't use it.

It would be better if the product in an order we all listed to be reviewed and submitted together. instead of the algo deciding on one to be given the priority and the others only showing below. customers are reviewing just the top ones and not the ones below (the other products)

Review layout was clear. But, a customer left reviews for 2 items. Only 1 is showing. Overly complicated process. Customer service poor. Did not understand a simple 1 sentence question. I will no longer use this app.

Easiest app to upload reviews to. Quick customer service. Highly recommend this review app compared to Shopify and Judge.me

Amazing customer service, honestly they respond within hours and go above and beyond to help. Super happy to pay for the paid plans because of this. The app is great and takes a lot off my hands, and it has fully customizable features.

We've been very happy with Stamped.io to date. Well done application, prompt customer service (David was super courteous), and overall easy to use. I highly recommend these guys for anyone looking to leverage reviews for their Shopify site.

I did not fully understand how to use all the features of this app. Not only did I get great customer support to my questions, but they helped me with adding some of the widgets to my site. I look forward to adding the Loyalty program to my subscription in the future!

I switched from Yotpo to Stamped and can't tell you how happy I am with that decision. Not only is Stamped easy to use, integrate and beautifully designed - but what really sets this software apart is their customer service. Any time I have a question or need help their support gets back to me within hours, sometimes minutes - even on weekends. If you are considering a review app Stamped is your best option.

Good functionality, was easy to install. Great and fast customer service. I would really love if you guys can sync reviews from other channels like Etsy, not manually upload them all the time. Anyway the app is good, I'm recommend.

The application has been a pleasant surprise, since it allows you to request reviews in a very simple but powerful way at the same time. In addition, the support team has always supported me with the doubts I have, and they have even given me tips to better maximize the potential of the application. We have been using Stamped.io for our reviews and loving it. I had some issues with transferring our reviews to a new site, and the team at Stamped exceeded my expectations. Instead of the typical, here is an article go do it yourself which is so common, Christopher Smikle just kept doing it for me saving me so much time and headaches! Kirsten
