The app is really easy to use and has really helped us grow our business. Also, whenever there is a technical issue, the customer service is really reactive!
This is not a simple tool to retrieve customer returns! Stamped is really a complete solution for retrieving reviews, re-launching your customers, keeping the link... and even calculating your NPS! The team is at the top and responds quickly. Quark advises you the solution :)

They have such a good customer service. In within 10 minutes, even if it was midnight, someone replied to my email and help me out. That’s amazing. I recommand!
This app was easy to install and has great functionality for the free version. We have had great reviews on our site with the custom auto send via email. Their support team are responsive and helpful. Highly recommended.
I love this app! It is super easy to use and customize to fit your needs. It makes it easy to collect and display reviews and if/when tech support is required, they are super quick to respond!

Great app in my experience so far. The customer service has been very helpful and they offer a ton of customizability and flexibility. I was originally going to go with Yotpo but decided on Stamped and don't regret it!

I used this app and finally got customer reviews coming in! Previous review apps that I used could not get me any reviews. I like how the email widget allows customers to write a review in the email itself without having to navigate to a new window. Definitely rec this app & I am very satisfied with Stamped.io customer service as they solved my issue within a day.

This has been a wonderful app. The reviews are pouring in! AND it pays for itself. The suggested products at the bottom of the review email generates more than enough money to justify the cost of the app. They also have great customer service which really helps for someone who isn't super computer savvy.

Customer Service is absolutely impressive. As fast and effective as Shopify Customer Support, which is in itself world-class. Definately impressed.
The subscription prices are way too high for the options. Why would we pay $119 just to have our own reviewed feed to google. Very stupid. Too expensive for the option we will be switching over to another service.

We have actually made the Google Shopping review feed feature available on the Business plan, which was previously only available in the highest tier Enterprise plan, due to the popularity of the feature and requests from our users. On top of the Google Shopping review feed feature, the business plan also comes with other revenue-generating features such as Community Q&A, Facebook Messenger bot, Smart Banners, Layout editor and our uniquely-owned Sentiment Analysis AI. Our pricing plans are definitely value for money and curated for all levels of businesses. The reps have been tremendous help. The app is working great so far, and we are getting lots of reviews. My only suggestion would be to have an initial onboarding call with your new customers to go over set up and answer any question they may have, as the initial process can be a little intimidating until you get it figured out. Great App for my store Gameguys.com.au. The support team are fantastic as well and it really helps give customers some peace of mind. Think about how many times you read reviews before buying. I love how customers can get emails to remind them to review their purchase and the fact that I can add these reviews to the bottom of my home page looks really good.
Great app! Very rich, convivial and working fine, even with the free version. Open to many third party applications. I definitely recommend it
