The app is abit slow but there support is amazing! Im never writing reviews but in comparison to other apps/theme supports etc. the stamped support is always answering super fast and fixing code issues instantly. Thanks guys, keep it up!

Update 5/19/22: The app was sold by the original developer Tommy and there have been no improvements to the app whatsoever. The dashboard is littered with bugs that are not addressed and it's incredibly slow. Additionally, the customer service has gotten incredibly terrible. They take days to respond, and then don't even address your question properly because it's outsourced and they probably don't understand the question. I miss the days of Ivan & Tommy, it was a killer app but now it leaves a lot to be desired. Leaving my original review down below so you can see how it USED to be. We migrated from Shopper Approved to Stamped and have been incredibly happy with the product. We've been live for 2 months at the time of writing this review for reference, and are an Enterprise customer. They offer a ton of out-of-the-box features which are incredibly advanced. Some of these advanced features we use are UGC galleries, Instagram syndication, Google My Business, and a ton of customization to the flow. We got quotes from Yotpo and Stamped and found that Stamped was considerably cheaper, but had pretty much the same features. Their support team was very helpful with onboarding, and we don't feel that any reviews were missed in the process. They helped migrate over everything including our images and pending review requests from Shopper Approved. The admin portal is incredibly helpful, and their support team has been very responsive and even customized the functionality of the app in a few ways for us. The only drawback to Stamped I would say is that they do NOT offer phone support. Their support team is super responsive (within 24 hours always, usually within 12 and sometimes quicker) and they typically go into great detail with their responses so things are resolved swiftly. I would say Yotpo and Stamped are very comparable in terms of a feature stack - the only reason to choose Yotpo over stamped is if you are willing to pay 3X the price to get phone support. Will update review as time goes on if things go south.

Just installed it and so far so good. I'm really happy with it already. The setup instructions were very detailed and easy to follow. I had a question and received a super fast response from their customer service.

The customer service is always so quick with resolving any issues! I needed some quick tweaks to how my reviews are displayed and Kaushik resolved my request within 15 mins of me sending an email. I highly recommend Stamped!

I have used this app for over 3 years and love it. It has really helped my business grow a lot. I had recently some issues adding features in the reviews collection and the support team was super helpful and responded really fast. Would definitely recommend!

I’ve set this up to integrate with Klaviyo so a customer gets sent a discount code for submitting a review. It works great and once set up properly the automation saves time and keeps on top of everything. Some small bugs in the admin when displaying changes but didn’t effect what went out to the customer. Support were very helpful in getting it working and displaying how I wanted it on site - very happy with that. I’m only using probably 1/5 of its function - so much more good stuff to implement. Control over what reviews get displayed and check for appropriate content is very useful and stress free. Definitely recommend this product. Update: After using for over a year now, the absolute best part I like about this app is the extremely helpful support. They always get back to me and help find a solution or explain where I can find it. As a small business owner that doesn't have the luxury of an IT dept, knowing there is a team I can depend upon is very reassuring.

Best on the App Store for reviews and customisation with a free plan. Great simple layout with plenty of great features on the free plan and as our business grows we will definitely be upgrading to the bigger plans.

Stamped.io has the best customer support out of any Shopify app we've ever used. They usually reply within 2-3 hours and usually resolve any issues within the day. They're incredibly generous with the support and customization they provide and that makes their plan pricing all the more unbelievable.

Excellent app! It met all our objectives of being able to collect photos on top of written reviews. Social proof with UGC's adds another layer of trust for visitors who'd never visited our site before. Easy to setup and excellent customer service! They took the time to access our Shopify account and look into the concern we initially brought up and almost within 24 hrs we had the issue fixed. Would definitely recommend this app!

I'm using the free version, which was easy to install. I was immediately able to send out an email to customers who had purchased products from my site. When I sent an email to Stamped.io inquiring about changing the placement of reviews on my site, they responded within 8 minutes and had fixed my issue. I had another question about including rating stars on all my product pages. They took care of that very quickly as well. Great service so far!

Well worth it. Having reviews really helps and the free aps do not ask fro reviews on autopilot like stapmed.
