We use this app for managing customer reviews and posting to web pages, social media etc. It is fab, in fact the app is so feature rich we haven't had chance to explore the full potential of it. Seamless integration into store, platforms etc, and the support is excellent.

I had a review app on my store and it didn’t do very much. Didn’t allow photos, didn’t have an ALL REVIEWS capability, etc. so I went on a Shopify forum on Facebook and asked for recommendations. I tried one of the top apps that has a lot of great reviews, but when I installed it it looked funny so I contacted their support team. They told me I would have to delete my custom font in my theme for it to work right. So I deleted that app. Tried a couple of others, they’d didn’t work right either. So another big recommendation from the Facebook group was this one. I installed it and pretty quickly the Stamped team helped me get it up and running great! So far I’m really happy with it.

This was the first app that we used for product reviews on both of our websites and have stuck with them since! They have been evolving over time and there features get better and better! The best thing is that their support team is prompt and they always look out for your wants and needs. Would definitely recommend them!

We researched a bunch of review apps before deciding on Stamped. We're so glad we chose them too. Their team was able to get the reviews looking exactly like we wanted on our existing and soon to be published themes and they did it in minutes after we emailed them. We've also noticed a big increase in the number of reviews we get each day since implementing vs. our old app. Plus, their fee structure just seems so much more fair than others like Yotpo. They also integrate with all of the primary apps we need in a big way, like Shopify Plus, Klaviyo, etc.

I've tried several review apps and Stamped.io is by far the best both from the website widgets aspect as well as the emails to customers. I have also needed to reach out to support for some customizations and they have been extremely helpful, fast, and always delivered on what I needed.

Having reviews has been a big help in showing customer satisfaction with the quality of our jewelry. We are sure it has helped build trust with new customers and first time buyers. I like that it automatically shares them on social too.

We have installed this in Johnny Fly, and it has surpassed our expectations! Amazing support team. Really great features for the money. I have shopped around for a long time and this one by far is the best bang for the buck. We are still setting things up, but so far everything has been amazing. I cannot say enough about how great the support is. Others we have tried got our money and it was up to us to figure things out. Not the case here, they really work with you to have a optimal experience.

Reviews seem simple, but can be more complicated than you think. Stamped make the process easy though, even if you're importing from another review platform like we were. Additionally, their customer service is top notch and has quickly handled every request we've had. (We've made several requests, but only for adding or changing features, never because of an issue with the app.) If you're on the fence, take the jump and you won't regret it.

Edit to add to my previous review: This app has been working beautifully for four years since I left my last review! Customer service is still super efficient and friendly - thank you! Highly recommend. This app has been super helpful at capturing reviews! Love the new layout options too! Customer service is also excellent and prompt.

Great Review app. I've been using for a while, and new features are added frequently, it's stable and fast. Highly recommended!
