So far this is a great app and does exactly what I want it to. I love that it automatically emails a customer following fulfilment and keeps the completion of the review within the email, so customer doesn't have to leave their email to complete it.

I've had great success so far with onboarding with Stamped.io. The team is responsive. I'm looking forward growing my UGC with Stamped. I would like to see an integration with Rise.ai, as I use their Gift Card Loyalty program already. I know Stamped has a Loyalty program, but I need to integrate the two that I am currently using. That is the only drawback so far, as I am currently manually rewarding my customer for writing reviews.

I really like this company and I think I will use it for other websites!! I am working on this website for a friend and I needed a tweak done to the review form. The team at Stamped helps us with integrations and it's great to have reviews to boost up our site's conversions and authority. We also use their loyalty point program so it helps motivate customers write reviews.

I honestly was skeptical at first, plus I loved the look of how the Shopify reviews app blended in nicely with my theme colorization. I quickly learned the huge feature upgrade Stamped had. I love the customization of the widget. Just wish we could change the color of the stars, or show nothing instead of hollow stars if there are no reviews on a product. Either way, I had a few requests with the support team and they executed for me very quickly! Very happy so far. Just wish the UI was more organized for creating and editing widgets, email, etc

Great customer service!! The app itself is also really helpful and easy to use and customer service is beyond. They helped us with simple coding for customization that we won't be able to do without their help. Highly recommend this!

Such a needed app for every store to build trust with your audience. This app is so easy to use, it's almost an assistant in it's self when set up correctly automatically gathering feedback and making it look great on your site. Not to mention its extras like gathering further information about your products for other customers. And the support...JUST AMAZING. Great product, great team. Highly recommend this app!

Top notch customer service and a great product. I wish I had done this a long time ago. We have a product that depends on word of mouth and recommendation and this helps make that happen on a large scale.

This app is great - does everything you need, and is so affordable. I cannot say enough about how GREAT the support is. They did our entire migration seamlessly, were so helpful and responsive throughout the process, and are so quick to respond to any questions. It is a delight working with them.

We love this app! We moved from a review app that was a "market leader" and very expensive to Stamped and are very happy! Amazing customer service, amazing features (that all actually work, unlike the expensive marketing leading app). The transition was so easy and smooth, literally a one day launch.

This is an amazing app. I don't have to chase my customers to get reviews anymore. Really like how flexible it's and how I can display my widgets in non-Shopify pages. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.

I'm really happy with this app. I was on the free plan and chose to upgrade to photo reviews. They look great on the homepage. I was unable to install myself so I contacted support and they very quickly responded and set everything up for me. Great app and great, prompt customer service.

Super intuitive to use and easy to integrate and set up. Had a quick issue with importing my previous shopify reviews as I had done it wrong but the support quickly resolved it in the same day. Would highly recommend!
