I'm really happy with this app. I was on the free plan and chose to upgrade to photo reviews. They look great on the homepage. I was unable to install myself so I contacted support and they very quickly responded and set everything up for me. Great app and great, prompt customer service.

Super intuitive to use and easy to integrate and set up. Had a quick issue with importing my previous shopify reviews as I had done it wrong but the support quickly resolved it in the same day. Would highly recommend!

Stamped support is very quick and helpful. The app reflects the description in the app store. There is some room for improvement in the UI. I would love it if we had more control over it as developers.

Stamped has been great for our business, the app is very user friendly and great at handling large and small reviews as well as multiple images/videos for each review. On top of this, their support team is incredibly helpful when it comes to issues and integrations to get our reviews on Google Ads and Bings Ads which can be quite tricky. They are the best review platform in our experience.

Does what it says on the tin and Stamped's support is very prompt and helpful. There is some room for improvement in the UI though

Stamped.io has been a great app to work with - functions well, looks great, and has some great features. Hardest part was getting it set up on our fairly custom website, however, a quick email to the Stamped.io support team sorted it out and they were able to fix the issues on our site themselves. Keep it up!

It works great, many useful features + amazing support! We have product reviews implemented everywhere on the website and every time we had any difficulties the support team was responding within a couple of hours and helping to resolve the issue. Thank you

I was looking to transit from the basic Shopify Review in my Outofthesandbox theme to using Stamped.OI's review widget. The instructions were available online but I was not confident in executing them and did not want to mess with code that I did not fully understand. Reached out to the Stamped IO team and they were prompt, fast and helped me set up the widget smoothly and quickly. Great experience.!

I love Stamped.io! I was on Reviews.io but Stamped.io is MUCH better. I am also incredibly impressed with their amazing customer service. They immediately respond to my inquiries and always problem solve!

We started using Stamped.io's Product Reviews app a few days ago as we were looking for something that would not only allow for more advanced functionality than Shopify's Product Reviews such as custom questions, but also give us access to a great API so that we had full control over the presentation of reviews on our custom theme. I am happy to say that Stamped.io perfectly fulfills those needs. While we initially had a little trouble integrating with their public API, we reached out to them by email and received a response within minutes. Tommy, their Founder & CEO was very reactive and a huge help in getting over the initial hurdle of understanding the ins and outs of their API! We could not recommend them any more, and look forward to trying out their loyalty and rewards solutions in the future!

the setup is pretty straightforward, but you will likely have to insert code to get the UI elements displayed. Not ideal if the theme updates, as as far I know the code will get removed. The support was responsive and comprehensive.
