Stamped.io has a ton of great features beyond just product reviews, and their customer support is consistently friendly and helpful. They always go above and beyond to help their customers. I highly recommend them!

I would highly recommend stand I O they have done a fantastic job in helping us display our reviews correctly and helping with the set up. The customer service is by far the best we’ve received from any app developer on the Shopify platform.

This app has driven sales to our website over and over again, it is pretty much running on autopilot and we have it set to post the reviews also to social media. I would highly recommend this app to anyone with an e-commerce store.

I want to leave the review not for the app, but for the support team. I am a technically challenged person and in addition to that i work on an outdated OS, so my problems are interesting and not very typical, i suspect. And i do add a lot of headache to the support on a regular basis. And i am telling you - they are the most patient people i know, they are quick in response, they do read the questions and they always help! Even when it means keeping certain functionality on an older version of their app. =) Keep up your great work! Thank you!

Amazing app! Just switched from the Shopify app. It's worth the extra price considering all the things you get with it. The customer support has been amazing in helping me set up everything correctly with my theme. Highly recommend it!

Amazing review app. The technology behind this app is top notch. From automated emails to SMS to all the customizations. This will be my go to review app for many years. Oh! And the customer service is super helpful!

I've been using this app for almost 6 years. Today it went down during Black Friday. Literally the most important day of the year for my business. For me, that's a one strike your out offense. The cost to my business is immeasurable. I'm spending thousands of dollars on ads today, and people can't see reviews on my website. It's taking 2 minutes to load the review section. The dashboard won't load. An absolute fucking nightmare.

We've been using Stamped for 2 years for my store diyanu.com and have been quite happy with them. They provide the same functions as yotpo, but at a MUCH better price! Their support team is outstanding! Very helpful and responsive.

This is not a good app. It's a constant "give us more money" scam as most features are behind layers of paywalls. As soon as you hit your monthly limit of review requests you get asked to upgrade every 30 seconds. Everything about the "creating banners" feature is broken. It constantly makes you re-do your work and still messes stuff up. Support says they are aware of the issue and doesn't fix anything. Not sure how they got such a high rating, I would look elsewhere.
Thank you for your feedback. You're actually on the Business plan that allows you to request reviews from up to 1,500 orders monthly, and it's higher compared to comparable apps available. It seems you've reached the sending limit on the Business plan and therefore it's showing a modal that encourages you to upgrade the account to continue sending the remaining review request emails, or you can also simply wait for the monthly reset which happens on 1st of every month. Regarding the Smart Banners, it's recommended that you use Google Chrome to create the banners. Our support team will reach out to you directly to ensure that your issue gets resolved swiftly. Stamped is AWESOME! It's super simple to use and the customer service is probably some of the best I have ever dealt with, they even did some custom work for me to get the widget just how I wanted it, I highly recommend them.
