Stamped Reviews & Loyalty

This is a really great review app! It looks good. It works good. Can recommend it. I've tested Shopify's own 'product reviews' app before, but ran into technical problems with schema.org data being injected by that app. meh. (Tip: Google for correct solution with stamped.io on their help pages.) Then I gave stamped.io a try. Man. Does this app a great job! I looks great. It integrates really nice with the shop layout – even on mobile! The default installation is crap. It just put's some snippets here and there where it guesses it would be nice. Be prepared to move the code yourself to the right place in your theme right after the app's installation. I ask customers for reviews by mail n days after a purchase. It looks like open and CTR rates are fantastic! Might be because customers can send a review directly within the email. First thought to just use the app as a simple 'review harvester by mail'. Now looks like it will be an important part of my website and I might try all the other features one by one ...

I emailed them for help and their response time was AMAZING! I definitely see myself using this app long term.

Amazing review app! I am so pleased with all of the amazing features included with this app and also that you can customise the branding to match your. website perfectly. The support team have been fantastic and helped me migrate my reviews over from my current app and set everything up. I had lots of questions and they answered them all and have been so helpful with everything! Highly recommend!

Really impressed with the features and control, the gamification and ease of deployment. Having come from Yotpo, this is a step up. The support is incredibly tight also, not only assisting but actually jumping in to fix/get things done. This is how app dev/support should be! ben

Great App. Some work to customize. But it's really worth the work. Best of all: incredible good support. Detailed and fast answers to all my questions.

Cost effective and easy to use, quick support responses. Using the Photo reviews now, hopefully upgrade to video reviews plan soon.

Customer service is awesome - was considering switching reviews app and Behon was super helpful in making sure the transition was as easy as possible. Lots of widget options available for customization.

as far as customizing goes and the ease of the app I do like it. I did test out the review column just to get a feel of how everything would work out currently I am on the free plan but as my business scales I do plan to upgrade. customer service is also great with their response time which is a must when you in a time crunch and in need of a fast response. one thing off the checklist, very happy so far with the service and application itself.

Great customer service! And the app works great and does just what we need it to. Very happy with everything.

All good for now. Small issues on setup but quick responses from support and fix them. I still need to test all the many features it have, but it seems OK for now.

We made the switch from Yotpo/Swell and couldn't be happier with the decision. Not only did we save $$$, but the features were on par if not better. I have never seen customer service this fast, responsive, and flexible. Tommy and his team are there to support your business no matter the size or request. I have 3 different sites on stamped, ranging drastically in size of business and we get treated with the same level of amazing service from each.

Fantastic app at a fraction of the price of alternatives (some are stupid expensive). Better features and superior support.
