Setting up so emails don't go to spam was a bit confusing, but customer service is great and quick to respond. This app is great, all that's missing are site reviews in the free plan

This app is great for collecting reviews from customers, easy to use automated email which is customisable, and it's great to have them displayed on your site. The tech support is really good ... the quickest support I have found in a long time. Would highly recommend. Chris from chrismcmorrow.net

The customer service replies promptly (within hours) and are ever ready to assist! The app is super intuitive and easy for tech noobs like me and it is full of functions! Firstly, it encourages reviews from customers by auto-sending emails to customers after a certain time period (customizable timeline) upon orders being marked as shipped. (You can even set different timeline for overseas and local customers!) You are able to edit the email's style to fit your branding and offer incentives (discount codes) in return for customer reviews. Customers are able to provide written and/or submit image reviews. The design of the review app fits seamlessly into any store. You are able to feed the reviews you get onto various parts of your website. (I use it for a standalone reviews page but there are other cool ways to use it, as offered by this app!) Also a pretty cool feature they offer is "Checkout Comments." With this, customers get to write why they purchased your products upon completing checkout. (I got answers like "This looks classy" and "Beautiful print.") You can display this information on your products to show positive user impression on your product (and hopefully sell more of those items ;)). All in all, this app is affordable and is great in what it sets out to do, which is displaying and attracting reviews from customers. I love it and would recommend it for anyone looking for a reviews app!

Best and must have app for us. we'r using stamped since years now and can't get away from this app and its offerings. Hands down to the support team from Tommy, Ivan, Alyssa, Marcel. They have set standards for the top support. It's a must have for anyone looking to a stable app that performs the best with one of the best support backup. Stamped.io is great! Set it all up and then leave it to do it's thing! Reviews come in and Stamped automatically puts them onto your site. (After you've approved them). But what I particularly love is the support. They reply to queries in super fast time. With helpful suggestions or even sorting issues out for you. Thank you team. You've made my set-up and integration go really well when it could have been super stressful.

Love this app and the customer service that goes along with it. Its easy to set up with great customization options and a fantastic price compared to other competitors. The only thing I really wish it had was the ability to auto create dynamic coupon codes, but that's not really a complaint just a want
