If you are reading this review section right now, it is because you need to decide if you should add this app or not in your shop. So here it goes. This company has excellent customer service/support. They helped me through the whole installation and they didn't stop until I was completely satisfied with the look and feel of the app on my website (still password protected and coming soon in mid-July, btw). They also were able to customize a few things to me, so the app could integrate with my brand seamlessly. Literally, these people are amazing and willing to help, and they want us to be happy and 100% pleased. They answer quickly, they are professional, and above all, they really know what they are doing. I couldn't be happier! Thank you so much Stamped.io team, especially to Ivan, who was an angel helping me to set everything up! :) 10/10

Love the simplicity of the app to display reviews along with verified buyer badge. Highly Recommend.

This is easy to integrate and I'm very happy with its reception by visitors and so easy to set up automated emails for requesting reviews.

The app was a little tricky to use at first, but I eventually got the hang of it. I wish the capability to send coupons to customers after they submit reviews was included with the free version, but still a great app.

I had rated them a 1 star because they have no chat and it took forever to get a reply to an issue. The second issue is that they point to the documentation which is terrible. Example: I wanted to upgrade and get video reviews ability. You go to the app and search for video and nothing comes up. Their answer was upgrade and then you will see what you need... Anyway, they did get back to me and answered all my questions. I did upgrade. I wanted to move the Q&A out of the reviews section because people looking for answers would not think to look in the reviews for it. They custom moved it for me in the same day! It seems that they are quite competent and responsive. They just need to either implement a chat or improve the documentation. Their email turnaround time did improve dramatically. In the end, on a live site what maters is effectiveness and they delivered! worst customer experience ever! They have no chat. For a live store when something goes wrong, you want answers fast. At best, it takes 24-48 hours for a response and most of the time it takes going back and forth many times before anything is resolved which translates into a week to resolve any issue. They are located in Asia so there is always a day lag time. If you post 3 questions or have 3 issues, they usually answer only one forcing you to constantly repeat yourself. Forget if you have a complicated problem that you need to chat with someone or call.. I have stayed with them because they will do their best to find a solution for you when other apps simply provide terrible service

After looking at our records, we received 2 different tickets from your account, and for both tickets, one was replied within 13 minutes and the other ticket was replied within 20 minutes. We also have a really strict policy of replying to any ticket within 12 hours, and this hasn't changed in the last 2 years. We aren't quite sure if you're referring to our app, our support has attempted to reach out to you over a phone call but it got redirected to a voicemail. We will continue reaching out to you personally to resolve any issue you're facing swiftly.

This app is amazing! You can easily install and use it without any coding required and you can instantly import your order history and start sending review request to your customers.

I am just getting to know this app and how it can best serve my business/customers. So far, I see SO many wonderful opportunities to capture revenue. I was looking for a service that made requesting reviews easy. This does just that! I was able to get 'in email' review requests within minutes!

Very good experience, good app and good service. I like the review system they stetted up, quite nice to showing on the front page. Very easy to install and set up for my website.

Really well designed app! I am only using the free plan, had some problems in the way the reviews showed and the customer service was incredible, so helpful and kind. I'll most likely upgrade to a plan in the near future.

I've recently started using the paid option of the app, so far it's exactly what I was hoping for. Had an issue with it not showing at one point (I'd changed my theme and thought it was still integrated but it wasn't) and Alyssa sorted it for me the same day, as well as answered some other questions, which was such a huge help. Thanks so much for a great app!

We've had the app running for a few weeks now, we've got the suite version including the rewards app too. Both were quick and easy to set up, especially with Stamped doing most of the work. They took care of some customisation we needed for us too. Results so far are great, we're getting reviews in faster that include extra beneficial content for other customers to see and help with their purchases too.
