This app don't work, there is a 404 error when I try to open it. What to do ? Can devs do something ?

Can someone please help me to import my reviews to my new template? I saved it as CSV and tried a number of times but it just doesn’t work.

If you're using an Online Store 2.0 theme then you will be able to install the reviews app into your store directly through the theme editor, as opposed to just installing it via the theme's code. Instructions for CSV formatting are basic and there is no FAQ for common issues or a troubleshooting guide. Shopify CS seems to be mystified by the fact that there could be issues and are not helpful, just time-consuming with no real outcome.

The app is terrible now after 2.0 came out. When you leave review the stars are not showing correct. I pay 80$ monthly and basic things like this is not fixed what are important for the business.

App stopped working today, reviews and stars can't be seen. Will give 1 star until it's fixed. App works ok imo, it's a 5 star for me (when it works). edit: looks like it's fixed

Simple free app. Works well. Would be nice to have some extra features like linking to emails asking customers for a review. So customers could leave a review upon purchasing an item on the site. But simple enough and effective enough

updated may 03, 2022 APP ONLY WORKS ON OUR iPad within the shopify app - NOT ON WINDOWS No matter which computer, no matter wich Windows 10, 11 or the ancient Win 7, no matter which browser Mozilla, Chrome, Edge even with deleted cache and cookies. Once again the app doesn't work. An annoyance for months. After a short time, after several reinstallations, it worked again, but now it suddenly stopped working again. Again the error message as mentioned below Not really usable on Windows. old comment: I've been getting the following error message when I open the app: "An unexpected error occurred. Try refreshing this page or going to another page in Shopify. If that doesn't work, visit our status page for updates and try again later." Reinstalling several times didn't help either. Please check!!

what a pity! The app works well but the settings are basic and can't be modified. for instance, unlike this review, my customers have to add a review title...why? also you can't change font sizes and they are sooo tiny and looks a bit of a mess.

Although Shopify does not have a direct phone that you can call for support, we do offer support via phone-calls through our 'Callback' system. In order to access this, you'll want to visit our help portal, (https://bit.ly/3c5icUc), and login to your store. Then, type anything into the search bar that appears. Once the results generate, scroll down the page and select the 'Contact Us' button that appears. From there, select your desired support option, in this case being the 'Callback' option, and you'll be able to provide us with contact info so we can quickly call you and get in touch. Hi there, LABELLED. Thanks so much for taking the time to leave us a review! Your idea about an automatic review request email is fantastic, and not one I've heard before! I'm going to take this feature request to our Product Development Team, so they can look into implementing such a thing in the future. In the meantime, you should considering editing your 'Order Confirmation' to include a request for your customers to leave a review on your products! This email is sent to your customers automatically, so this could be a good band-aid solution until something better is implemented. Thanks again for your review! -Imogen, Shopify Support

No access to reviews or for customers to provide new reviews and no way to get support. It suddenly dropped off a few months ago and I can't seem to get it enabled again. Super disappointed as I had a lot of great reviews left on my site.

I have used this app for years, now I am getting an App error: 404 "We're sorry, but this page could not be found. You may have tried to view a page that doesn’t exist or entered an incorrect address." My cookies were on third party, I changed them to allow all cookies and it is now working yeahhhhhhh........
