It is my first time using this app. I imported 3 reviews but they are not showing up anywhere. Can someone help? Thank you.

Some people have unreasonable expectations. It's free! It's good for what it is but there are other apps out there that may be better. But unless you're working with a lot of customization this hits all the right features.

404 error - even after updating to latest Chrome version. Do not know what more I could say. It is not even usable.

No access to reviews. For months now just keep getting 404 error message. I have followed all instructions from customer support and still won't works. I have tried many times but still the same error message. I see ALOT of other unhappy customers on here have he exact problem.

I used it for a while, and it doesn't seem to be able to post images for comments, which makes the experience degraded all of a sudden

App was working great for years, but lately I cannot access reviews. We continue to get 404 error message with zero support for fixing the problem.

This is a known issue and our belief is this that this usually occurs when merchants are accessing the app via an Incognito or private window, as the app does need cookies to work properly. If this is how you are accessing the app, please try accessing it through a regular browser window and this will hopefully resolve the issue. same to me I'm been trying to open this app and nothing contact to Shopify and nothing works shows Error 404.

JSON-LD this app produces is wrong. There is a low and high price generated which is inaccurate. For example, on one of the items, when the price is AED 375, it shows high and low of AED 375 as follows. Further, there is no way to change the JSON-LD. I can change the json-ld-product.liquid to change the product Json but there is no file for reviews "offers": { "@type": "AggregateOffer", "lowPrice": "385.0", "highPrice": "385.0", "priceCurrency": "AED"

As many recent reviews indicate, the app will lead to a 404 error page after authenticating within the Shopify backend. Clearing browser cache or using different browsers is not helping, as it is leading to an URL with "undefined" in the title, which suggests to be a JavaScript bug. I don't see that previous replies to this issue have been helpful to the users.

Well, it's free so I can't really complain. The back-end could use some work, but again, useful for what it does.

This app was good all until it starting glitching. Every time I try to access the reviews it brings me to a page that says "404 Error". Very frustrating as someone left a fake review that we can't even remove.

If not, then it's likely browser related can be easily resolved with a clear of your browser's cache. Really easy to install and use. The only thing bothering me is that I can't find how to see the rating under each product on the main page. You have to click on every product to see the reviews.

Easy enough to use, it's free, but you have to specifically enable and not block any cookies in your browser to avoid the 404 error so many people are seeing. Otherwise you cannot view the ratings. Other apps don't have this issue so I don't know what's up with this one. Additionally, you can show blank stars with no ratings on the product pages but not the collection pages, so if you show your reviews on the collection page it looks weird with some products having reviews and others being blank. Finally, you cannot reply to reviews, which is a little frustrating. Why can we not just have this review system that I'm using right now? Will change my review if these changes are implemented.

Compared to other Apps available for reviews, the Reviews App is fairly basic. My question is "are any App updates coming soon?" For example, this review to the App displays an "Overall Rating", a graph, and options to sort the reviews by relevance and star rating... 1. Can the Reviews App be modified to these simple features? A version 2.0 2. Or, can the App be modified on my end to show the basic areas (Overall Rating, a graph, and options to sort the reviews by relevance and star ratings? Thank you, William
