So far the plugin has been good, but I am having trouble with my Public Reply not showing up. My customers review display completely fine, but my Public Replies to their reviews are not visible. Any help, Shopify support team? EDIT: After 2 days, Replies randomly started showing up. I changed no settings. Maybe Shopify saw my review and fixed the issue, or perhaps it simply takes a few days to update? Not sure. Things seem to be working smoothly now.

It is great. I finally got it working after a long time trying to work it out. You can't change the colour on the stars though in themes 2.0 and newer as it sticks to the colour of the them you are running and I really wanted it to have gold stars :(

Simple free app. Works well. Would be nice to have some extra features like linking to emails asking customers for a review. So customers could leave a review upon purchasing an item on the site. But simple enough and effective enough

Hi there, LABELLED. Thanks so much for taking the time to leave us a review! Your idea about an automatic review request email is fantastic, and not one I've heard before! I'm going to take this feature request to our Product Development Team, so they can look into implementing such a thing in the future. In the meantime, you should considering editing your 'Order Confirmation' to include a request for your customers to leave a review on your products! This email is sent to your customers automatically, so this could be a good band-aid solution until something better is implemented. Thanks again for your review! -Imogen, Shopify Support

Really easy to install and use. The only thing bothering me is that I can't find how to see the rating under each product on the main page. You have to click on every product to see the reviews.

You can change the language of the Product Reviews app by heading to the "Settings" section of the app, where you will then see the various text fields for the app. You'll then be able to amend all of these fields, changing the text from English to German, including the "Customer Reviews" line: https://screenshot.click/27-23-52028-79850.png. -Victor, Shopify Support

Depending on what theme you are using, you may be able to change the font size for your Product Reviews app. Certain Shopify themes you will be able to manipulate both the font type and size by heading to Online store>Themes>Customize>Typography. It works well if you have your products on Google Merchant. But there should be the option for customers to add photos in their reviews.

Easy app that allows us to review and manage reviews. We've been using this app for a couple of years with no issues. I do have one question that's still unanswered - Can we send a reply or communicate with the customer who left a review while it's still Unpublished? Or is the Reply feature only functional once a review is Published? This comes up when a customer leaves a fake name, a nickname, or sometimes no name at all and our customer support team is trying to follow up effectively with a product issue. Thank you!

Hello Shopify support theme, Thanks for this great app. One question though. How can I get the snippet to be optimized for SEO? Right now, when I run my site in Google's "Rich Result Test", Google seems to not find all the necessary data on the product page. I get this message: "Not all markup is eligible for rich results", my product pages are duplicated and half of them do not carry the aggregate review + review count. Thanks in advance for your help!

In terms of emailing customers asking for reviews, this is not an in built feature of the Product Reviews app built by Shopify. There are however a number of different reviews app that offer more features, including the option to email customers about leaving reviews. This app is very easy & quick to download, its free (that's a big for a small business). I have a question though - does is send auto emails (for reviews) to customers who have purchased from the store? Or is there a link we can send to customers so we can request them to write a review?

The Product Reviews app will not send automatic reviews to customers after they make a purchase, however there are a couple of ways you could go about this. One option is to simply amend your order notification template to include a link back to the store encouraging customers to leave a review: https://bit.ly/3c9tAiF. I NEED HELP,I NEED HELP, i just to split a product in more variants and take over the existing reviews.. but when i want to import it its saying : not recognizing the product or its saying invalid CSV doc. (even when im taking the tempale you guys offering) can you please help me with this somehow??

It has been a good option to get customer feedback, I just have a question, did you make any updates recently? What happens is that I have the following alert message on the main page of the App "The reviews code snippet could not be detected in your theme. Check again or view installation instructions " And before I didn't have that message and everything worked fine.
