At first, I had a few issues with the app and wasn’t too happy, but the team reached out to me personally to offer support. I’ve got to say, it turned out to be the best customer service I’ve ever had from an app developer! Jay took the time to walk me through the best ways to use the app for my shop’s needs and even helped me set it up in real time so I could start working right away. They made me feel like I was their only customer, and it’s such a great feeling to know someone’s really on your side

UPDATE: Jay had a call with me directly and helped me to go through some upsells, and was then able to resolve an ongoing issue that was affecting the performance of the app on my site. Not getting the revenue in to make it worth the cost of the app, and haven't really ever since the app updated.
Good morning! I'm sure we can fix this problem 💪. Most stores see minimum 10X ROI, some are well over 100X. I looked at your store and I know without a doubt we can do the same. It may just be how you had it set up, the products being recommended, or triggers need to be adjusted. I'm one of the co-founders here and I'll personally help you set it up, and if I can't get it making 10X what it costs you, I'll make it free! That's how confident I am. A great app for increasing AOV, with a fantastic support team. I had an integration issue with the theme that was preventing the app from working correctly. They were incredibly professional and persistent until the issue was fully resolved. Not only is the app now functioning perfectly, but it also looks great thanks to the help with some final design tweaks. Highly recommend!

I had previously used Bold Upsells and was genuinely impressed by the functionality and value it brought to my store. The app itself is well-designed, intuitive, and effective at increasing average order value through strategic upselling. However, at the time, their billing structure wasn’t quite the right fit for my business model, which ultimately led me to uninstall the app. To my surprise and appreciation, a few weeks later, the team at Bold reached out to inform me that they had revised their pricing model. The new structure was far more reasonable and much better aligned with what I was looking for. Their willingness to adapt and listen to customer feedback really stood out to me—it showed they genuinely care about building lasting relationships with their users.
