At first, I had a few issues with the app and wasn’t too happy, but the team reached out to me personally to offer support. I’ve got to say, it turned out to be the best customer service I’ve ever had from an app developer! Jay took the time to walk me through the best ways to use the app for my shop’s needs and even helped me set it up in real time so I could start working right away. They made me feel like I was their only customer, and it’s such a great feeling to know someone’s really on your side

I had previously used Bold Upsells and was genuinely impressed by the functionality and value it brought to my store. The app itself is well-designed, intuitive, and effective at increasing average order value through strategic upselling. However, at the time, their billing structure wasn’t quite the right fit for my business model, which ultimately led me to uninstall the app. To my surprise and appreciation, a few weeks later, the team at Bold reached out to inform me that they had revised their pricing model. The new structure was far more reasonable and much better aligned with what I was looking for. Their willingness to adapt and listen to customer feedback really stood out to me—it showed they genuinely care about building lasting relationships with their users. We use an entire suite of Bold apps for our Shopify site.
