Fantastic and easy to use APP - gets better all the time. We have used this app to improve our AOV and works even with other discount promotions we have going on. It is great to get a 50% off sale PLUS an Upsell product purchased. Support is always at hand to help and quick to resolve on Chat. Thanks to Uri for helping verify our code and get us going.

SUPER SUPPORT!! Thanks, Guri - we thought we were going crazy when testing that was not always working even after cleared cache and all we could think of doing - incognito and private window. Was not working in Firefox!! Guri fixed it in 2 minutes or maybe less :) Thanks to Stan for added support. Chat Support ROCKS!!

Rating this app 5 stars because of Guri in customer support. Amazing, helpful, quick, problem-solving, accurate responses in live chat. Re: the app itself, the after-checkout upsell option with Bold Cashier is really nice, but doesn't integrate into my shipping solution. It creates an "order" in Bold Cashier that I can't really "do" anything with, so it's not really useful until the orders actually can go to my warehouse management software and, you know, be fulfilled.

So far I am very happy! I will be using the Bold Discount and Upsell together. The apps were an easy install, some code I installed myself and I am not extremely knowledgeable but their documentation was easy to follow. The rest of the code I had the amazing support staff take care of. Cody and the rest of the team were very helpful. Still early to comment on effectiveness but for what it appears it will do the cost for there apps are great.

I was super confused about something so I tried the "Chat with us" in the bottom right corner. Guri was SO helpful. Made my day much easier and answered all of my questions. My problem was fixed before I knew it!

Best customer service on Shopify! Had a minor issue and Cody was able to quickly respond and help me get things working! Parminder chimed in with an assist and like Jordan and Pippen of yesteryear success was mine! Update! Best Customer Service Gets Better! Had a tougher issue this time. Customers with quick clicking fingers were getting my BOGOs without a full price purchase. Reached out to BOLD and Guri and Navjot fixed the issue for me the same day. Truly outstanding customer service and great apps that really, really work!

I opened dresscomfy as a pop up shop at local festivals and as it grew in popularity i extended to the world wide web. First used a super simple site and got my feet wet. Then I made the leap to sell on social media and still have a standalone site! Boom in came shopify. As I built my store and am still modifying and learning to this day. I realized I needed help so i googled best upsell apps for shopify. No lie Bold was the first link and review after review was nothing but positive vibes. I still dont make enough to pay for all the services you all have but damn they are all super necessary in running a successful sute and business. If i win this give away be sure I will be adding the rest of the apps to work with it!!! I am fairly new and have not gone to the support team yet but when i do im sure i wont have a problem everything looks so easy and legit.
