The app works great, though I do hope they bring a buy 2 get 1 free ability in the future. The support is quick and easy, and I've made like 6k on upsells alone the past few months. I would recommend!

We began using the Product Discount app along with the Product Upsell app and immediately saw results! We had old inventory that we want to move and with this app, we were able to do BOGO offers. In addition to that, we have small accessories that are not always noticed by our customers. We are selling many more of these now as we are able to set a trigger as the customers check out to suggest these additional items. Both were simple to install. User friendly. Support staff was prompt and helpful! We LOVE these apps! eyn Had some questions for support. They were answered quickly and thoroughly. The support videos they provide are very helpful.

Very easy to use and great helpdesk! I tested the app out with an upsell and cross-sell offer and ran into some customization challenges. The customer support of Navjot and Nikhil was amazing. They fixed my issues on the go. I can’t wait to add some more offers and give my sales a boost!

I love the new upsell feature! I sell products individually and as a set. I like that when a customer adds an individual product to their cart it shows the price difference between that product and the upgrade to the set. This makes it an easy add. The reports are great - I like that I can see exactly how much this app makes me every. single. day. :)

These guys are exceptional for service. I have not come across service like it in Shopifys app store, and that bit of help is what i always seem to need to get me over an install glitch, or something that i havent picked up. Upsell, along with discount and a variety of other great apps from BOLD, are awesome. They integrate well, they are maintained and their dev team is second to none. I've been using their stuff for over 4 years and almost 2M in sales!

This is an easy app to install and it is the best upsell app out there. The display on your site is clean and modern and we immediately saw an increase in average order size. Must-have app for any e-commerce store - we find it lifts margins by around 80%. Superb support also from Navjot and Danni who couldn't do more to help, including customising the popups however we want them free of charge. Good help is hard to find - this is good help!.

To start out with we are using a suite of Bold apps. Customer Pricing, Product Options, Product Upsell, Loyalty Points, Product Discount and Bold Brain. All of the apps working together have allowed us to expand and manage multiple aspects of our business. Customer Pricing allows us to target specific customer groups for professional discount programs by industry. We use targeted marketing to promote registering for the special discount programs. The customers in these groups are tagged and see adjusted pricing as soon as they login to the store. The ease at which the discounting is handled has encouraged the users in these groups to purchasing more frequently. The majority of our catalog is customized or personalized and requires a degree of complexity in presenting the various offerings. Product Options allows us to manage those complex products. Product Upsell allows us to present complementary products when specific products are purchased, Product Discount allows us to create BOGOs, Sales and special promotions all designed to increase revenue. Loyalty Points allows us to build interest and repeat business. All of these apps working together have helped to increase activity in the store. The fact that they are all Bold apps makes them easy to manage and gives us access to the excellent Bold support team

I was skeptical when I first installed this Upsell app because I didn't know if it would increase my sales enough to cover the monthly fee. But after 2 months, it is covering the fee plus adding profit. It is just like McDonalds asking if you want "Fries with that Burger" - shipping costs are the same, but the order just got larger. I have also installed Bold Brain that works in conjunction with Upsell and it has given me some new "upsell matches" based on shopper behavior that I would not have guessed myself. I would definately recommend you try this for your store.
