App works as advertised and then some. Easy to use, and super flexible. Does a lot more than the other upsell apps I've tried. But more importantly, the customer service is absolutely phenomenal! I've thrown all kinds of questions and issues at them, and they've been immediately responsive. They know exactly what they're doing, and every issue (arising from my odd theme) were fixed ultra quickly. I'm seriously impressed.

It takes me longer than the average person, I feel, to figure these types of apps out, but I am getting it and am excited to utilize its other functions soon. We've only used this a couple of times so far but we're happy with the results. Good pull through sales. Turned off a pricey per transaction competing app that cost a lot more and performed worse.
