I am using Upsell to create a Soap of the Month promotion on my website at www.Soaplicity.com, and it is working so well! It takes me longer than the average person, I feel, to figure these types of apps out, but I am getting it and am excited to utilize its other functions soon. The BOGO functionality is particularly exciting.

We've only used this a couple of times so far but we're happy with the results. Good pull through sales. Turned off a pricey per transaction competing app that cost a lot more and performed worse.

I just started with this app. The support has been fantastic and I am ready to run my first BOGO sale! Chintan and the Bold Team (Guri, Rajni) were awesome and replied to all my questions!

I have been using this app for a couple weeks now and I think it's the best app I have... hands down. I am sure the installation is easy, but I didn't want any chance of me messing it up so I had the Bold Apps team install it. It was cheap and fast and I know it was done right. Now for the App, it works great, I am making extra money upselling products and with the easy to use dashboard I can track every upsell. I can see how many people viewed my upsell deal, how many added it to the cart, how many purchased and then a conversion %. If you run an ecommerce store it is very important to understand that it is cheaper to increase your revenue by getting existing customers to purchase more, than it is to get a new customer to make a purchase, making this app a MUST HAVE!!

Installed this app and had an issue where I need support to login to my site and fix some coding. Aubrey was super helpful and even did a rush on the fix to get my site in order for Black Friday. App works like a charm so far, hopefully it increases my average cart value. Will be checking out other Bold Commerce apps.

BoldApps is really great to deal with for troubleshooting. They normally respond within 24 hours which is great. Normally it's sooner than that if the problem isn't huge. I had a great experience with Brendin recently who works for Bold. One things I'd love to see in the future is Live Chat as Bold's support phone number is always 'busy'. But they are great with email so for now it's great.
