New to the app but the customer service was great. Brendin was very helpful and quick to assist.

The app conflicts with Google Analytics and other checkout apps such as Pixel Perfect (Facebook Feed). So your Add to Cart upsell popups will only show for a second and then disappear without any user input. I've just spoken to support and that was their explanation for why my ATC offers were not showing properly. They said I'd have to uninstall the others in order to use Bold Upsell ATC. So I have to uninstall GA? Really??? I've now uninstalled the app and am looking for something that doesn't conflict with other crucial apps such as GA. Checkout upsells work as expected though. But please note that if you go over the max view limit for your plan, the offers will stop showing automatically and you won't be notified about it. Why not send an automatic email to shop owner? Why not give the option to bump up to the next plan to keep the offers showing? Very disappointed overall.

Must have app! The extra income from upsells pays for the app already, so you can only gain with this app! 5 Stars!!

I have been using this app for a couple weeks now and I think it's the best app I have... hands down. I am sure the installation is easy, but I didn't want any chance of me messing it up so I had the Bold Apps team install it. It was cheap and fast and I know it was done right. Now for the App, it works great, I am making extra money upselling products and with the easy to use dashboard I can track every upsell. I can see how many people viewed my upsell deal, how many added it to the cart, how many purchased and then a conversion %. If you run an ecommerce store it is very important to understand that it is cheaper to increase your revenue by getting existing customers to purchase more, than it is to get a new customer to make a purchase, making this app a MUST HAVE!!

Installed this app and had an issue where I need support to login to my site and fix some coding. Aubrey was super helpful and even did a rush on the fix to get my site in order for Black Friday. App works like a charm so far, hopefully it increases my average cart value. Will be checking out other Bold Commerce apps.

BoldApps is really great to deal with for troubleshooting. They normally respond within 24 hours which is great. Normally it's sooner than that if the problem isn't huge. I had a great experience with Brendin recently who works for Bold. One things I'd love to see in the future is Live Chat as Bold's support phone number is always 'busy'. But they are great with email so for now it's great.

These guys make awesome apps, but they forget we have to run a store. It would cost a small fortune to install every app they have, all equally important, they say. Why not combine apps and offer 3 to 5 instead of 20? How about offering to install the app for free, rather than tacking on yet another charge of $25.00. Love your apps, they work great. this upsell app works pretty darn good. i have only been using it a short time so don't have a lot to report. One thing I am finding challenging is I want to offer a discount if they add an upsell item on but cannot without buying another app. support is always quick and helpful. Thanks Bold

Love the idea, and the price seems right.... i just installed it yesterday and have had zero conversions so far, but it looks like it was only viewed twice... anyway, thats 0 for 2 so far, I'll update the review after I get some more data. My fingers are crossed.

The Upsell feature has been a huge help, especially in our goal of increasing average order value. It provides a nice and smooth presentation of more item exposure at the right times of the shopping process. Creating offers is very easy and simple. The reports are very helpful and informative. Great app.

This is a great little app, we have had 15% conversions since we installed it. I highly recommend it.
