Bold AI Upsell & Cross‑Sell

A little difficult especially if you are not code savvy. However, support is excellent especially Jevon - very helpful to the laymen. Made it worth the time.

Just installed this app the other day. Haven't yet seen any sales from it but I know they're coming. Very impressed with how easy it was to install and get everything up and running.

I am excited to use the upsell app and Rony J was so helpful in getting it going and fine tuning the appearance. can't wait to see the results. I think the potential is very exciting and so easy to use

Useful app, but still limited in conjunction with Bold Commerce's Discount App because what would really be helpful is automatically applying discounts to Carts when qualifiers are met. Upsell and Discount can't do this and it's too bad. EXCELLENT SERVICE TEAM though - shout outs to Abhijit.

The Product Upsell app combined with the Product Discount app was easy to set up and works very well. We have been using different Bold products since we migrated to Shopify and I have to say Bold has the best support! They reply quickly and go out of their way to keep customers happy. If you have the choice between a Bold app and a similar app by another company I would choose Bold every single time! Update - I am lowering this 5 star to a 4 star until they fix the reporting in the app. We need detailed reports of how the different products preform and there is no way to currently do this.

Love the apps and what they can do , but for some reason I have an issue with one of the steps each time I create a different discount / upsell. When’s that happens I get on the live chat and always get things resolved . Julian was great, really helpful and patient and responded the issue quickly. Couple of suggestions - I am Shopify user based in the UK . When I have an issue I have to wail until late afternoon toncont at live chat. Would love if there was someone available around the clock as I’m sure there are many other non U.S. based Shopify / Bold users . Second suggestion : offer a paid option for the discounts etc to be created by a Bold staffer -like there is an option for pay $10 to install liquid. I would happily pay the same for someone to create out discounts because when I get it wrong I spend way too much time trying to correct it ! Thanks Bold!

Really good app. Customer support was very good also and got back within 12 hours to assist us in set up. I would recommend this app

This is a good service to use to improve Average order value. We definitely made our money back within a week. My only feedback would be more CSS customization of the popup. It looks a little out of place. Perhaps some color would improve conversion rate.

These guys make awesome apps, but they forget we have to run a store. It would cost a small fortune to install every app they have, all equally important, they say. Why not combine apps and offer 3 to 5 instead of 20? How about offering to install the app for free, rather than tacking on yet another charge of $25.00. Love your apps, they work great. this upsell app works pretty darn good. i have only been using it a short time so don't have a lot to report. One thing I am finding challenging is I want to offer a discount if they add an upsell item on but cannot without buying another app. support is always quick and helpful. Thanks Bold

Easy to set up, working well, seeing some boost in products being added to cart.

Pretty good upsell app. Only slight issue I have with it is that it is not able to remove the original product that was added to cart once the customer has chosen the upsell product. This would really help for my store. Otherwise good app.

This is a great App that definitely works with the right product to upsell. We have added to our sales with this, without a doubt. There are a few issues that could be improved to make it perfect. If doing a duplicate and hide feature, to upsell a discounted offer - the stock is not tracked correctly in inventory - since it is sold as the duplicated item. So unless you have plenty of something and make separate stock piles for each (full priced regular item, and then discounted upsell item) you run the risk of lots of manual product inventory updates. The other lagging item, is that I can't make an upsell show photos of colour variants specifically - so users would have to leave the checkout process to look at the item and choose a colour - which takes them away from the checkout. I would LOVE it if Bold Apps could do something here - as one of my most popular add-on type items is a handbag with 10 different colours. I would love the upsell pop-up to show all of the colour variant images with an "add to cart" beside them. All in all - I am very impressed by the effectiveness of this simple app, and it does add to your sales volumes at the end of the day :)

Good app - with a few tweaks we got Product Upsell to work across the MagScapes range of products. Support also good and fast to reply.

It's a good app but slightly let down by the lack of reporting. My core products are made on the fly so it's harder to use some of the bold apps product suite but it may work better for you. Certainly happy to recommend - worth a try!
