Easy to use, fast support. I just wish that there were more reporting options to view additional breakdowns of the sales data.

Simple interface with tremendous impacts on up selling. Not just a one off app, their whole catalog is filled with professionally done apps.

Bold has some of the best apps is what I'm finding out with my new Shopify store. Had to get a little help setting up an upsell but Graeme took great care of me. Thanks so much for creating such wonderful apps and keep it up!

This is really simple way to create a reliable upselling function. It's not cheap but it works.

Product Upsell is fantastic, we use it so our customers can see matching items and it works especially well with jewellery.

Great application! It works so well. Setting it up was hard. The Ajax code took a bit to figure out and finally once it was working well we started cashing in $$$ Still using the trial 90 days but already sold so much thinking to get the upgraded version. I recommend it very much.

Wanted to leave a 1 star review, but changed my mind. Here is why: Installed the app about 2 weeks ago, paid $25 for their installation because I didn't want to waste my time figuring out their installation tricks - not very straightforward. After the app was installed I started testing it and discovered that the design of the popup didn't match the style of my store and it was not easy at all to change the button colors etc., fonts, text colors etc. I also discovered that a "No, thank you" button was missing. Googling and searching through their FAQ didn't get me too far, so I created a support ticket. The support team is pretty responsive, but was not helpful at all from the beginning - they kept giving me some guidance that was vague instead of fixing the problem. The result - several hours of my life wasted. At that point I wanted to give this app a 1-star review and uninstall it. However, the problem was finally solved. After I got completely frustrated, I reminded the support guru that I paid for installation and asked him to just fix the problem. And he did. It's a good app, they just need to make the design part easier and stop assuming that everybody knows how to code.

Love this app. We used first in a non-traditional way- It allowed us to add a set up fee to any custom order and solve a problem we were having in charging that set up fee only 1 time instead of the quantity of custom items customers would order. If a customer wanted to upload a new logo- the pop up window would arrive to add the set up fee. It worked perfectly. We also used it to recommend and remind our customers of items they needed to purchase as first time buyers which created a customer service feature to our site. Thank you for this useful, problem solving and profit-increasing application.

We have 2 apps from this company and both are incredibly glitchy (sometimes they work, sometimes not), and customer service never answers their phone or returns their calls, so getting anything fixed takes a very long time. We've had to change our sales more than once because the apps won't work & we can't get anyone to help us in a timely manner. Sometimes the offer popup worked and sometimes it didn't, and it confused some of our customers when it didn't so we had to service them over the phone which defeats the purpose of the app (we probably lost sales from it). I'd recommend going elsewhere because this hasn't been a great experience.

I've had some frustrations with this app that I've left feedback with support for. It sounds like they're rebuilding the app, which I'm looking forward to. I had this at 5-stars before some issues made me decrease it, but I'm willing to give it a chance. I'll leave it at my original rating and will update at a future time if I feel it's necessary.

A pretty good App in that 'it does what it says on the tin', is very easy to install and use and certainly gives you options to cross sell products; so if that's what you're after, then go for it. The 30 trial period is also an excellent bonus that other companies could take heed of. It is always useful from the consumer perspective to give Apps a trial run to see if they do actually work (as we've had a few bad experiences with other company's products and removed them, or tried to!!!, pronto) Early days to see whether it will pay for itself, as advertised, but we have a strong feeling that it will ;-) ! (edit: yes it will and it has!) To sum up, yes, recommended by all of us here at: www.thesolidbarcompany.com. p.s. Also of note, is that Bold's support is first class.
