The app works great, though I do hope they bring a buy 2 get 1 free ability in the future. The support is quick and easy, and I've made like 6k on upsells alone the past few months. I would recommend!

I'm impressed with how easy it is to use the Product Upsell app. The interface is straight-forward and easy to use. The setup videos and instructions were easy to follow. Customer service via chat is super responsive, fast and helpful. Navjot helped me on several occasions and she's a Ninja superstar guru all the way! Thank you for all your help! Your expertise and support is much appreciated!

Paul was very patient with me as I don't know how to do what I want on my store. I've been trying to fix it since yesterday but when he taught me how to do it, he definitely nailed it! Amazing app, amazing customer service. Long trial period which is great for an e-commerce store just starting up. Every aspect and feature of this app is fantastic, down to the support team. The only thing I would recommend to change is to make the upsell windows slightly more mobile friendly. I highly highly recommend this app for e-commerce stores. caffeinejoy.com

We began using the Product Discount app along with the Product Upsell app and immediately saw results! We had old inventory that we want to move and with this app, we were able to do BOGO offers. In addition to that, we have small accessories that are not always noticed by our customers. We are selling many more of these now as we are able to set a trigger as the customers check out to suggest these additional items. Both were simple to install. User friendly. Support staff was prompt and helpful! We LOVE these apps! eyn Had some questions for support. They were answered quickly and thoroughly. The support videos they provide are very helpful.

Very easy to use and great helpdesk! I tested the app out with an upsell and cross-sell offer and ran into some customization challenges. The customer support of Navjot and Nikhil was amazing. They fixed my issues on the go. I can’t wait to add some more offers and give my sales a boost!

This a great app to automatically set up upsells. Vey easy to use. The customer support is fantastic. Fast response, fix the problem on the spot while you chatting with them. And if it can't be resolve right away, they will take care of it within 24H. I had Zachary and Wally helped me and even fix other issue that I didn't see. Perfect!

This app paid for itself in the first 2 days of installation. Plus Bold is by far the best at customer support. When I changed themes, they changed the code to make it work. And that was on a Saturday! Bold for life! www.zzzbears.com

I love the new upsell feature! I sell products individually and as a set. I like that when a customer adds an individual product to their cart it shows the price difference between that product and the upgrade to the set. This makes it an easy add. The reports are great - I like that I can see exactly how much this app makes me every. single. day. :)

These guys are exceptional for service. I have not come across service like it in Shopifys app store, and that bit of help is what i always seem to need to get me over an install glitch, or something that i havent picked up. The application itself is top notch, but the technical/help support is amazing! Dan and Brendin from technical support helped me through various questions and helped me produce EXACTLY what i was looking for!!! Highly recommend this application.
