The folks at Bold Apps are very responsive, kind and generous. I had a conflict with Product Upsell & another app and they handled it quickly! I'm glad to pay for apps that work and it's always a bonus when the support is stellar. Thanks!

This is an easy app to install and it is the best upsell app out there. The display on your site is clean and modern and we immediately saw an increase in average order size. Finally, no one beats their customer service, they are super helpful and FAST to respond. We use multiple products created by Bold including Brain and Product discount both of which work with Product Usell. www.ScalisiSkincare.com

I'm new to all this website development and all these apps that help our website run. I am so thankful for your awesome customer service that have helped me with everything I am dealing with. I am already a user of 2 products from Bold and now setting up the 3rd app. The support from the team is superb, fast in response and getting the issue solved almost instantly! I highly recommended them!

Must-have app for any e-commerce store - we find it lifts margins by around 80%. Superb support also from Navjot and Danni who couldn't do more to help, including customising the popups however we want them free of charge. Good help is hard to find - this is good help!.

To start out with we are using a suite of Bold apps. Customer Pricing, Product Options, Product Upsell, Loyalty Points, Product Discount and Bold Brain. All of the apps working together have allowed us to expand and manage multiple aspects of our business. Customer Pricing allows us to target specific customer groups for professional discount programs by industry. We use targeted marketing to promote registering for the special discount programs. The customers in these groups are tagged and see adjusted pricing as soon as they login to the store. The ease at which the discounting is handled has encouraged the users in these groups to purchasing more frequently. The majority of our catalog is customized or personalized and requires a degree of complexity in presenting the various offerings. Product Options allows us to manage those complex products. Product Upsell allows us to present complementary products when specific products are purchased, Product Discount allows us to create BOGOs, Sales and special promotions all designed to increase revenue. Loyalty Points allows us to build interest and repeat business. All of these apps working together have helped to increase activity in the store. The fact that they are all Bold apps makes them easy to manage and gives us access to the excellent Bold support team

The Product Upsell app has saved me a tremendous amount of time in creating upsell offers that I couldn't do with other similar apps on the Shopify AppStore. I literally trialed every one of them and I removed them all after a few hours. So many of them are difficult to use and do not offer what I want in customising the buyer journey. I found Product Upsell the perfect fit for my business (www.kicoko.com) as it offers powerful features, whilst maintaining the flexibility and ease of use I look for in an app that I enjoy using on a daily basis. I am looking forward to increase my revenue exponentially since installing this incredible app only one week ago. Because the app is so easy to install and configure, I have not had the need to contact support yet. The video tutorials also helped a great deal in my initial setup.

I was skeptical when I first installed this Upsell app because I didn't know if it would increase my sales enough to cover the monthly fee. But after 2 months, it is covering the fee plus adding profit. It is just like McDonalds asking if you want "Fries with that Burger" - shipping costs are the same, but the order just got larger. I have also installed Bold Brain that works in conjunction with Upsell and it has given me some new "upsell matches" based on shopper behavior that I would not have guessed myself. I would definately recommend you try this for your store.

I installed the product upsell app a few days ago and am already noticing a massive increase in our AOV. Since we are a new company with limited funding and minimal brand awareness right now, we are having to spend an arm and a leg to barely break even on the various popular ad platforms. Additionally, being a frugal college student trying to make money online to help pay for my tuition and student loans thanks to my website has been quite a challenge. However, I am confident with Bold Apps, grit, and a passion for e-commerce, I am confident my website will ultimately be a success. Additionally, I have spoken to the support team on many occasions, and everyone has always been very kind, polite, supportive, and enthusiastic. Keep up the good work, guys! :)
