Bold AI Upsell & Cross‑Sell

This is a very clever app to apply bulk discounts that are otherwise unavailable in "product discount" and shopify. It has allowed us to run buy 2 get a 3rd free promotions which is handy to our store.

I like this app a lot. Only thing I've noticed is that when checking out in my store, you have to press the checkout button twice to initiate the app to kick in. Normally you would only need to press it once to checkout. Other than that, I like it.

I like it a lot. It offers a convenient way to offer free add-ons and other sales incentives to potential customers.

The first time I emailed for support I didn't get a response. But, the second time I emailed I was helped right away. They fixed the problem I had with how the pop-up was displaying that same night!

Great App Easy to install and use and works a treat. If you have a lot of products it can lag a little and freeze but all in all works well. Great Job Guys!

Had some problems with this the first time it install and a bug cost a few days of sales. Support offered free use of the app but nothing came of it. However it is a good idea and when working properly results in extra sales. Giving it another trial and from testing I can't find similar problems - hopefully my customers can't either! A as a minor point that could be sorted is the 25 character limits on offer titles - I couldn't use the title I wanted because it was 27 characters, not critical but irksome.
