Since adding Product Upsell we are now selling extra items with a large percentage of orders compared to very few before. Easy to set up and we started getting extra sales straight away.

The app is doing what I need and the service is second to none! I would like it to be more customizable but the support folks are awesome and happy to tweak what they can. I wish the variant title displayed in the UPSELL popup. Be nice to be able to change the look of things without having to code? But hey. It works! NAVJOT the Tech Support = FIVE STARS A great asset!

Great App! I'm able to now offer BOGOs, Buy 4, Get 1 Free, etc. It really helps increase sales. I'm not tech savvy and support was great in explaining and helping me fix my operator errors, LOL!

Product Upsell is a great way to run a sale on your store. We were in a frenzy trying to put together a black Friday sale and nothing was working. We reached out to the Product Upsell support team and they were incredible. They worked for hours trying to solve our issues and finally were able to come up with a solution that worked for our site! Highly recommend this app, thanks to Shawn personally! :)

First time user. Put a lot of work into launching a Cross Sell for BFCM and it wasn't working. Got some support from 'Shawn' and his staff in the wee hours of the night, and he got everything working beautifully.

They provide great customer service. Wally was the assigned service advisor, and he got me back with the update every time he made any progress to resolve issue, and finally resolved it. I strongly recommend this team.

Brilliant app! Great support team behind it. This app made life simple when it came to creating BOGO offers and other up sell/cross sell offers. Definitely recommend. It also works seamlessly with their other apps to cover all of your needs with your shopify store.

App does not work as advertised. Waste of hours of setup and reading about how to put this into our store. The product lists do not refresh. Product search to setup BOGO's after they are 'hidden' will never show in the list - we have 60,000 products and paging through 100 at a time to find your newly created hidden product is no practical. User interface is horrible. Requires multiple apps to install for a simple BOGO offer to generate.

Hands down best customer service and support from any app I’ve ever worked with. Dan was friendly, knowledgeable and patient. He walked me through the set up step by step and it could not have been a more comfortable situation for someone who was initially intimidated by the process. Would recommend this company and app 100%.

I had some problems with my theme that had nothing to do with the app. Regardless Bold helped me to fix the error that my theme caused and the functions works great and helps me to increase sales. Fast Support Efficient Support 5 starts
