We sell high-end audio equipment and had a hard time selling cables with our products. Upsell provided a quick and easy way to do so without the hassle of coding and such. Great app!

When I choose an App it's because I want something that is supposed to be fast and simple to set up. I just wasted hours plus $9.99 on this. Tried everything to get the upsell to work but nada every time. Very frustrating, now back to square one.

This is a great app for us because it allows us to extend the reach of our magazine and other products by offering them at various stages of the buying process i.e. add to cart, checkout, etc... The conditions that you can set give you almost anything you need to get the upsell offer just right. All in all a solid app, if you run a higher volume storefront you'll definitely want the top tier plan.

Initially I had challenges with getting the upsell window to fire - needed a code hack. The Bold support team kindly installed for free and helped me with my questions. It now gives me upsell windows which is great. If I could do BOGO with this app then I would have given it 5 star Buy one get one free is pure and simply upselling, so should be included in Upsell. Subsequent review downgrade - very few upsells generated. Can't present just one upsell at a time even though multiples are triggered. Mobile presentation & use is really poor (does not even fit on the screen) - mobile is where customers are these days so why not focus on a good mobile upsell? In fact the mobile upsell is worse than not having any upsell - can lose customers in droves

A critical app for helping your store gain momentum, and return customers. Definitely recommend it like Product Discount because the deeper you want to get in to it the deeper it gets. Good bang for the buck!

Easy to setup and resulted in a conversion uplift. I tried another service first, but that was only in cart. Since we use a ajax checkout it didn't work. This one is perfect as it works with ajax checkouts. Definitely recommend.

Excellent app, does most of what I expected it to do. I'd give it five stars if it were easier to customize the way the popups/upsell offers work. Tech support, once they get started, are truly terrific. Much better than other popup tools, and these guys have actual phone support. It seems no one else does.

Great app! If you're looking to create great BOGO offers, this is the app for you. Use it with Bold's Product Discount app and you're set. We love it! Also, 90 days free? Yes please.
