Just like every Bold App (Shappify) app I've ever used, the Upsell app is excellent and I'm not sure how anyone can run an efficient, profitable shop with out it!

Has been very flakey for us since installation. Had it as a pop up prompt when you added something to the basket and most of the time it didn't load. Next switched it to prompt the user during the checkout and again, most of the time didn't load. We've had numerous customers contact us asking 'why didn't we get this offer?'. From what I can see, the customer is only prompted with the offer once the whole page has loaded and I think in most cases they're not letting the whole page load and therefore not being prompted. Other than these issues, setup was nice and easy and did show promise. Sadly for us though, we have uninstalled.

This is now the 4th app ive added to my site from these guys...ive actually stopped looking at other developers, Ive been that happy with the support and result of the other apps. I have been only just build my site so im waiting to see how well they do but they sure wont do any harm at all. Thanks Boldapps

I was hesitant to subscribe to this app since my business is just in the early stages, but I have many products that my customers will greatly benefit from the accessories and I wanted to make it as easy as possible for them to find them. I tried a couple of free and cheaper apps and there were constant limits and weird glitches. This app works flawlessly and it's beautiful. If you don't get any other apps, get a few from these guys... They are well worth the money!

We wanted to try this out for a little while to see if it was worth our time and it's been great! The product seems to be very expensive at first glance, but the 30 day trial really let us see whether or not the price tag would be justified. The product works very well and we've more than made up for the highest tier monthly cost to have this app. I've also had a few theme issues (I changed themes and things got really hosed up) and the Bold Team took care of me quickly and got everything sorted out. A full 5 stars is deserved for this product AND the customer service I received when something arose-- during the holiday too. Very pleased. :)

Definitely worth the buy. Used together with 'Product Discount', it is really an awesome app with all the different countless discounts one can provide to the customer. User-friendly and easy to set up.

Great app. Very easy to use and get a sale up quickly. This made a significant impact on the number of items we moved over the holiday season. There is always a good amount of information on how to implement the different features it offers. Worth the investment once you find the right pitch for your audience!

Incredibly fiddly, can easily stop working for absolutely no rhyme nor reason and unfortunately we found this to be a bit of a cheeky way to extort money out of Shopify store owners. This simple app should really be including in the "Product Discount" app. Really this app is useless for most store owners unless you also buy Bold Apps' "Product Discount" app which we think UK Trading Standards would be interested to learn about. We think that's below the belt. Secondly, whilst this app, when working, will do your business a lot of good, when it's not working Bold Apps just don't come up to the mark with support. The company took a holiday on Black Friday, yes Black Friday. All of their apps stopped working. This caused our business no end of emails from clients requesting clarification on offers we advertised but weren't actually offering come checkout. Bold Apps took a couple of days to fix the issue, left little explanation, didn't really apologise or even have the courtesy to answer our emails - we were not the only ones just take a peak at their Facebook page. We therefore couldn't trust them so have uninstalled all of their pay monthly apps and have gone with a service that now offers the same service for....£0.00.
