Had a "Store verification failed" error when trying to set up the Email feature. Contacted support and Yash from the Customer Success team jumped in right away. He explained the issue clearly, coordinated with the technical team, and got my Brevo account properly connected to Shopify through PushOwl in just a few minutes. Really impressed with how fast and professional the support was. Highly recommend!

I would like to warmly thank Nayan and Anjali for their invaluable help. I encountered several bugs due to incorrect settings on my end, and they supported me with kindness, patience, and care until everything was fully resolved. Being fortunate enough to be bilingual (French and English), I was able to communicate with both support teams, and I find that the French support in particular is especially fast and efficient. I am currently still on the free plan while I finalize my setup and prepare to launch my business. But one thing is certain: as soon as I make my first sales, I will upgrade to a paid plan without hesitation. Um weiter mit unserem Shopify Plus Shop Brevo zu nutzen, mussten wir die App verwenden, deshalb leider nur 4 Sterne. Das Onboarding war erst etwas holprig da wir zwei Shops anbinden mussten. Der Support bekommt 5 Sterne :) sie haben sich schnellstens gemeldetund waren sehr hilfsbereit. To keep using Brevo with our Shopify Plus store, we had to use the app, so unfortunately only 4 stars. Onboarding was a bit bumpy at first because we had to connect two stores. Support gets 5 stars :) they got back to us very quickly and were super helpful.

Molto instabile. Anche se pianifico le campagne, vengono inviate immediatamente, come se non fossero state pianificate. I clienti che hanno accettato l'email marketing su shopify non vengono sincronizzati correttamente, si perdono troppi clienti durante la sincronizzazione. Insomma, esperienza pessima, nonostante tutte le volte che ho contattato assistenza, ma senza risolvere nulla.
