Raul from PushOwl provided amazing support. He helped me sync my Brevo subscriber list with Shopify, which was a critical step for getting everything running smoothly. What really stood out was the instant response — I opened the chat and was connected right away. Even after I had to leave the chat, the conversation stayed open for two days, and Raul kept following up to make sure everything was working and confirmed correctly. Super helpful, fast, and reliable support. Definitely appreciate it!

90% emails will go Spam folders. I used my base from Shopify store, they banned my campaign after 5-10 unsubscribes. I sent 3 emails to support within 2 weeks - no answers, probably they do not have support. Anyway, 90% email from them will go to spam, - read reviews on Reddit

Feature rich platform including push, SMS, email marketing that is a good value compared to other options with similar features. The push owl/Brevo integration is a bit confusing at first, but once you figure it out, its easy and awesome. The drag and drop editors allow fast build and deployment of campaigns. Customer support is top notch. We've been able to get every answer to any question very quickly via chat. Piyush with Push Owl/Brevo support has been a great resource via our chat interactions as we learned the platform. Highly recommended.

Piyush was very helpful, as I was really overwhelmed with everything. It didn't say anywhere that I would need assistance if I already had a Brevo Account. So I was trying FOR DAYS figuring out how to make it work. Chat GPT told me that I would need to contact the support so they can set it up for me as that seems to be something one cannot do by themselves? Anyway, now everything works fine and my support angel Piyush was a very helpful and patient guy! Thank you!

Absolutely pathetic!! I wanted to migrate to omnisend but they are not migrating our push subscribers to the new platform. Just a trick to force users to stick to their platform. Have been chasing them for over 2 months but in vein. Have to start my subscribers from zero on omnisned. Lost 27000+ subscribers on their hand. It's a scam!! They deliberately do this to force you to stay!

Great customer service experience. Yash is incredibly helpful in answering all my questions. I've been using an unhelpful email marketing software and very excited to reach my customers easily. I was even offered an upgrade, which I appreciate as I'm building my store.
