Honest and transparent feedback. Very brilliant and generous app. I appreciate the attention to detail and customer service. I love that the app uses Intercom for their messaging as it should be the preferred choice for app developers. Customer support is very quick, responsive, and helpful. They go above and beyond by providing value outside of the question asked. I love their new business free plan to help get merchants off the ground running quickly. I used them in my other store and had great success and I look forward to using them here. Wonderful job and keep up the excellent work.

Rojen from PushOwl has been extremely helpful with the onboarding process. As a small company, it's refreshing to talk to a app support team that genuinely cares about it's users. I feel like PushOwl is invested in helping my small business succeed. With a free tier, it's a no brainer getting started. I work on several Shopify stores and I hope to add PushOwl to every one of them. I wish I used PushOwl sooner. Thanks again, Rojen.

Rojen was incredible! He didn't just help me with setting up my PushOwl account, but rather told me all of the details about it and explained how I could upgrade to the business plan with no hidden fees. He is not just professional, but friendly, enthusiastic, and eager to help. In addition to helping me with PushOwl, he kindly gave me some suggestions on how to improve my website. This is by far the best customer service I have ever gotten. Thank you Rojen!

I just started using PushOwl a day ago. My first experience has been fantastic. Since I'm a new store owner, they offered me a deal on their plan just so I can grow with them. The features are great, and I can't wait to see my subscriber count go up. Rojen from their support team was very helpful with the setup!
