I initially downloaded PushOwl so that I could sync my clients from Shopify with my Brevo account. While I found the interface a little confusing and had some hiccups with the installation, I can only say that their customer support is world-class. I had a moment of panic when I thought I had deleted all of my Brevo account details, and I contacted the chat support for help. The agent, Sowbagya, carefully walked me through the process of linking my new accounts and showed me where all of the missing data was. She was kind, thorough, and patient. I went from sheer panic to feeling like I was in the best hands possible in just moments. If every company had people like this, we'd get a lot more done and be a lot happier. Five star service!

The setup was painful for our headless store, some of the triggers aren't properly documented or just half assed. Support took a couple days to respond with what we needed but was friendly otherwise. After that there has been an other support request because our Shopify users won't sync properly and the Brevo support hasn't responded for a week. We pay money for something we can't use properly.

Excellent customer service, even on the weekend. The customer service representative was very attentive and patient and willing to answer the many questions I had for her.

I got to know about this from Brevo website and giving it a try. Worth considering. Kudos to their Customer support. Agents are real human and so kind.

I can only comment of the level of customer service as I begin my journey with Pushowl/Brevo. The online support was fantastic and immediate. They understood the predicament our store was in and put i play an amazing solution, based of the emails we're actually sending out! Couldn't be happier:). A great start to a hopefully long relationship

PushOwl is an excellent app with an intuitive and user-friendly interface, making it easy to use for managing web push notifications. email verification did not came and no option to send another verication code, just stuck here without support. syncing customer is another step bad UI
