i rceived fantastic support from Rojen, he has improved my store, helping to install the push notifications, he made the process really simple and he gave great advice on how to improve my store even more. I am now on the Business plan and I couldn't be happier.

I am new to using this app but needed some assistance as I was not seeing the results I had anticipated. Upon speaking with a CSR, Rojen, he was extremely helpful and also found that I had set up my push notices incorrectly, hence, why I was not getting the results. He also offered me a Business free plan to help build my business. I already feel 2024 will be better! I appreciate it that he went above and beyond to assist me! :)

We still have to use the app in all its capabilities, but this review is regarding the support given by Rojen. It was outstanding, he was very fast in providing me with information both regarding PushOwl's policies on GDPR/cookies as well as guides on how to extract the most value from the service. He answered all my questions without skipping a beat. He is surely knowledgeable and extremely helpful!

New to the app. Customer service is the best I have ever had from any app out there. Rojen was exceptionally welcoming and very helpful to get me set up correctly. OMG Customer support is absolutely amazing. They answered all of my questions, was very professional and knowledgeable. Its sometimes difficult to find customer service that is truly will to help the customer but Push Owl is definitely there to help!

Amazing discovery and a pleasant surprise Push Owl was for me... being a new store on shopify..Taransh did a 30 min overview for me and it was the best insights ever... I just added this to my shopify store and can see the magic happen already... and was so proud to see them from my home City.. Bangalore India...tech wizards they are.. and extremely affordable..not even 3 cups at your local Starbucks a month.. go for it blindly.. :)
