TERRIBLE customer service. They might get back to you in 24 hours they might not. They banned our account for not following their terms and conditions, but it was due to an issue with a spam email/bot reporting us, and not a legitimate concern. We've been fighting with them for over 2 months to get our service back online. Each time they give you the default response of "we have filed this to our team and will get back to you when we have more information". Then weeks go by with nothing from them. Reach back out, and they say, "we don't have any details regarding your issue". It's a joke and the whole time they send you emails and messages trying to upsell you, but they can't even figure out there own issues. They're just interested in taking your money. We've been using this service which used to be Sendinblue, then Brevo, and now Pushowl for 4 years and they have just gone to crap!

Very good app with great features. It works quickly and easily with just a few clicks. The support is especially excellent: Any questions are answered within minutes. They even provide screenshots! The staff (in my case, Yash) is extremely fast and incredibly helpful!

Update: I'm having a hard time trusting this. I've spot checked and seen some automation emails not go to the intended recipient, and some are going to people that shouldn't receive them. If that is just when I spot check a few makes me wonder how it's really operating. But when I ask a question sometimes there are days between responses. There is usually no one there. Crickets for days. Then after about 5 messages on my part explaining my situation in detail, I get one response a couple of days later, and when i reply back, DAYS again. It's aggravating. Can't have a full conversation to resolution unless you want to wait a month. Nayan gives amazing support. I am using it for email only, and the email part is rather new and can be glitchy. But if you stick with it, it's the only email app that charges by sends and not list size. I left klaviyo because of their price hike and the emails you can design here are very nice and you can use custom fonts. The builder is a bit slow and sometimes things don't work great the first time, but with Nayan's help I have been able to figure things out. Note the support is not in US and there is a time difference. That can be frustring at times but they make up for it.

I will recommend this app to everyone as surprised what you can achieve with getting customers and how it work. I have spoken with the customer representative name Hima, very helpful and she provided a lot of valued information for me to start using this app and get free plan for new starter, love this help from the app. Wishing you all the best and I hope you will get bigger and help a lot of customers like me.

This has completely revolutionized my business! So easy to use and basically automatic once you've got the ball rolling. Nayan is my lord and savior on the customer support team, a God amongst men. He's been at my beck & call from the start. Extremely patient with my lack of knowledge and amazingly professional! Can't recommend the package enough as a whole.

While this app can be a quite confusing to figure out how to navigate and use, with so many different settings, the customer service is great-Harish guided me right through the process, answering all my questions and showing me how to use different feature with screenshots and screen recordings, and most of the time he was very quick with his responses. Thank you Harish.

though it is a little hard to install initially, the customer service is truly amazing and really hands on to get everything integrated- so i really recommend. My agent Sowbagya was there with me every step of the way helping and guiding me through the integrations. So far so good!

Brevo’s customer support is top-notch. I was connected with Pallavi she was fast, friendly, and super helpful. The app itself is easy to use and packed with great features. Highly recommend!
