Revisiting an og app that works well for shopify clients. Hope the Brevo side works as well as what I experienced with Pushowl before.

While this app can be a quite confusing to figure out how to navigate and use, with so many different settings, the customer service is great-Harish guided me right through the process, answering all my questions and showing me how to use different feature with screenshots and screen recordings, and most of the time he was very quick with his responses. Thank you Harish.

Rojen was incredibly helpful with a pricing issue that we had, he sorted it very quickly and was super helpful and lovely!
Support: Rojen was very helpful. He got my account back from suspension and helped fix some issues. App: A little confusing. Going to the app in Shopify sends you out to the PushOwl website. Clicking on email pages in their site sends you over to Brevo. Opt-in function seems a little buggy but haven't run multiple tests yet.
Ich wurde sehr gut von Pallavi unterstütz. Es waren ein paar Probleme mit Brevo nach der Nutzung von PushOwl gegeben. Diese konnten von Pallavi gelöst werden. Ich würde trotzdem empfehlen, dass es hier eine anderen Lösung für Kunden gibt die bereits BRevo nutzen und dann Pushwol dazu nutzen möchten. Das Pricing muss einheitlich werden, sonst fühlt man sich als Kunden gettäuscht.
Update 2/23/2024: Customer service was quick to reach out and resolve the issue. Thank you guys. You have a great product. Pl fix this issue for me. *** 7 out of 10 times, when I try to use this app from Shopify Admin page, it says the page is temporarily down.. I like the app, but what's the use if I can't use it when I need it.

just startning to use it. but so far the customer service is great. easy to get a hold of to ask questions, quick prompt reply's and a lot of support. they even gave me a free basic plan for a year.. so far i highly recommend sidenote : taransh was really helpful and informative.. give that dude a raise

The app is easy to use and cost-effective. Helps us with Abandoned carts and letting our customers know of new products. Support are always helpful and attentive. Great App!
Great app so far, the customer service is helpful but haven't really used te app yet. Would recommend so far.
Really good tool for reaching customers through web push notifications and very easy to use. Customer Support is also very good and are responsive on chat. Only downside is that I can't import subscribers into my CDP which means I can't unify my data in one system or report on the effectiveness and revenue from the app.
