just startning to use it. but so far the customer service is great. easy to get a hold of to ask questions, quick prompt reply's and a lot of support. they even gave me a free basic plan for a year.. so far i highly recommend sidenote : taransh was really helpful and informative.. give that dude a raise

The app is easy to use and cost-effective. Helps us with Abandoned carts and letting our customers know of new products. Support are always helpful and attentive. Great App!

Really good tool for reaching customers through web push notifications and very easy to use. Customer Support is also very good and are responsive on chat. Only downside is that I can't import subscribers into my CDP which means I can't unify my data in one system or report on the effectiveness and revenue from the app.

Great communication with support, they are always happy to answer all my questions. The apps seems to be very well thought true, and the notifications seem to be very compatible with all common browsers and platforms. Feels good to have this method where you can still reach a good bunch of your visitors, without needing their email addresses or other personal information. The only suggestion I would have is to make the statistics and conversion info a bit more transparent. The app statistics claim a lot of the conversion value now. But it's hard to see if the user actually click the notification popup, just the fast that the popup did show at one moment, is not convincing enough for me to dedicate the sale to PushOwl. ( if the customer did see a popup for example, and they order the next day based on my abandoned checkout email, then PushOwl will still count it as a conversion by Pushowl ). There is an email option where you can generate some sort of report that they sent to my email, but it , and where you can choose view based or click based report. But it would be better just to show a clear overview directly with all releated orders, order numbers, based on click, and how many minutes after a click or a view the order was placed. Much more transparent. This would also help analysing the behavior of my customers and the results of my campaigns better. Instead of generating email reports seperately. Hope you will take this in consideration, Keep up the good work.

The CS/Tech team is very helpful and responsive and proactive. Very easy and intuitive to use - would recommend Pushowl. Only ask would be more in-depth reporting/analytics and segmentation options.

The app is easy to install and use. We have a larger number of subscribers than expected, but many are outside the USA. We ship anywhere but are not excepting foreign currency yet. We had one sale and four clicks, one by me, on ten campaigns. The analytics could be better, but the customer service was great. With so few clicks, I'm reluctant to upgrade.

We have been using pushowl for sometime and we are quite happy with the platform. We would be interested in more segmentation and analytic features from the app.

Push notifications work really well and we are experiencing a very good cart abandonment conversion. We need to improve on campaign conversions. Back in stock doesn't seem to work as a browser notification, we may have to upgrade to enterprise to embed the code on our theme.

The app is a good concept but unfortunately you have to have a lot of traffic and people genuinely interested in your product for them to subscribe. I appreciate the customer service given as well as the attention from the PushOwl team.

STELLAR customer service!!! From onboarding to maintenance, they've provided the best customer service I've ever received. I even hopped on a call with their CEO, who was very helpful. My only constructive feedback their poor reporting and over-attribution. They attribute all sales to themselves even though the person may not have seen or nor clicked on the notification. It's crucial to have "clickthrough" conversions separated in the reporting & attribution. Also, any other more detailed/advanced reports are on the higher level tiers. When you use Facebook or Google or any advertising/marketing platform, the reporting is provided to everyone by default. They need to figure out other features to add to the premium tier and enable accurate reporting to everyone using & paying for the tool.

We're also going to be launching custom attribution settings so you can change the attribution window and type to better suit your reporting needs.

Good app for push notifications on web - very easy to use and intuitive interface. We have monthly calls with a member from the PushOwl team, which has been helpful in allowing us to further optimise our strategy and gain the most out of PushOwl features. The team is also receptive to feature requests & improvement suggestions. Would be nice to see the app further develop integrations with CRM tools like Klaviyo, etc
