Connected with Anjali today and she was INCREDIBLY helpful! Had issues with connection when moving from Brevo app to PUSH Owl / Brevo, the problem was identified quickly and she raised this with the tech team and had it resolved in under an hour!

Support is amazing, i had a few technical difficulties when setting up and i reached out with my questions and within 30 mins i had all of issues fixed and was sent in the right direction to get everything i hoped for out of the app. definitely recommend this one. Worse app ever which I did not choose to use but Brevo (which I was using) imposed in my Shopify store. No explanations, no tutorials. I have lost all new contacts because the double opt-in process was removed without informing me. Pushowl help centre is not customers-oriented, using a language only they can understand, so you are left with no help and no solutions. I am extremely upset
