Best Marketing suite! I tried so many, and this one is definitely the best (by far), best price, and more importantly, best customer service (special shoutout to Hari). If you have any issue, you have a chat available pretty much every time, and the possibilities are endless. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!
Yash was a big help, explained everything, showed examples, make sure I understood the lingo, totally awesome experience. Now I just need to get my other apps setup and my shopify experience will be complete

CS is super slow. The sign up is a mess with Brevo vs Pushowl. I first signed up on Brevo using my personal email. When I input my shop URL, it made me install the Shopify app. Which I did. But this seemed to have created a separate account under PushOwl because the email for Shopify was different. And now, without knowing the different accounts existed, after I kept working directly on Brevo, paid the first subscription, did all my CNAME verification, imported data from Mailchimp and after sending my first email, the CS told me I need to cancel the Brevo account, and use the PushOwl account. That is when I noticed this account thing is really messed up with this service. So confusing. And CS does not respond. I have to wait a day to get a simple reply.
We just switched from Klaviyo to Brevo/PushOwl—mainly for price, but also because we were running into some deliverability issues and weren’t getting the support we needed. We haven’t even sent a single email through Brevo yet, but based on the onboarding experience alone, I couldn’t be happier with the decision. Aritra was our onboarding specialist, and hands down, it was the best customer support experience I’ve had in my entire career. He didn’t just help us get set up—he gave me a full crash course on email deliverability and genuinely went above and beyond to make sure we were set up for success. Oh, by the way, the call was at 2am his time. That level of commitment is rare, and it honestly blew me away. Aritra is an absolute rockstar, and if this is the kind of support Brevo offers, I’m excited for what’s ahead.
I had the wonderful pleasure of getting help from Harish, who guided me through the service and some pretty complex issues regarding importing lists and making sure everything worked before a big launch. He has been extremely helpful, knowledgeable and went way and beyond to help us, and has been a very important factor in the succesful transition to PushOwl/Brevo from another provider. Warmly recommended!
Absolutely do not recommend this app at all. All I wanted to do was set up abandoned cart email. 24 hours later & still no resolution. Rubbish & waste of time.
Still testing the app, looking great so far. The 5 stars is based on the support team quick and helpful responses

TERRIBLE customer service. They might get back to you in 24 hours they might not. They banned our account for not following their terms and conditions, but it was due to an issue with a spam email/bot reporting us, and not a legitimate concern. We've been fighting with them for over 2 months to get our service back online. Each time they give you the default response of "we have filed this to our team and will get back to you when we have more information". Then weeks go by with nothing from them. Reach back out, and they say, "we don't have any details regarding your issue". It's a joke and the whole time they send you emails and messages trying to upsell you, but they can't even figure out there own issues. They're just interested in taking your money. We've been using this service which used to be Sendinblue, then Brevo, and now Pushowl for 4 years and they have just gone to crap!
Support is great, Harish is a legend and helped me out immensely with onboarding and even setting up flows etc. Highly recommend
I started using the tool a few weeks ago and I’ve really enjoyed the ease of use. Additionally, Yash’s support is top-notch, always responding quickly and effectively.
Very good app with great features. It works quickly and easily with just a few clicks. The support is especially excellent: Any questions are answered within minutes. They even provide screenshots! The staff (in my case, Yash) is extremely fast and incredibly helpful!
