The help with onboarding was second to none, everything I needed to know was answered knowledgeably and helpfully by a lovely human called Rojen who not only answered all queries but where possible provided examples, visuals to help me to take necessary set up actions and he also offered explanations. Beyond this, where possible he undertook actions himself to help me with the set up process. All in all a faultless service and I would not hesitate to recommend it. The cost of email marketing has increased to an extreme level and this service seems to be more competitive on the pricing front too which makes it a possibility for an unfunded start up.

The team at PushOwl are amazing. Friendly, kind, helpful and they know what's up and Rojen, in particular, was a very professional and courteous friend when I spoke to him. It took him minutes and BAM, I was setup. He hooked me up with hundreds of free emails until I hit a mark, then I have to pay. But that would mean, I am making bank and I will gladly pay those guys. Team is great, product is great ,... AS IT SOULD BE :)

Today I was helped by the customer service team, specifically by Rojer & I have to say they just restored my hope in good customer service, since unfortunately nowadays no one seems to know what they're doing anymore it was definitely a breath of fresh air, I'm super happy to have joined, especially now just because of my one conversation. I had an excellent experience with PushOwl`s customer support team, with Pallavi in particular. She was incredibly responsive and helpful. Her prompt assistance resolved my issues efficiently. I also find the app itself user-friendly and easy to navigate. Highly recommend !

Push Owl is a fantastic Tool for push messagin. Mow they offer also email, so they went above and beyond. Very useful interface, easy to configure and friendly user experience, it is the ultimate tool for a great MKT strategy. Kudos for the customer support team, they are always ready and keen to lend a hand... fantastic!!

As for the customer service: Rojen really helped me and made me feel welcome to use their application and introduced me to anything. Customer Service Spot on! And for the app: The UI looks smooth and the integration went well. The designing of the notification is simple yet effective as well. I appreciate this. Deserve's a total of 5 stars minimum. I just started using PushOwl and Brevo but already love it. They have great features and whenever I'm not sure about something or need some assistance their staff answers almost immediately and is super friendly. I'm excited to see how great of a help it will be for my business.

We recently migrated from WooCommerce to Shopify and needed to install PushOwl to manage our notifications. Having previously used Brevo, we encountered some challenges transitioning to PushOwl. Thankfully, the PushOwl support team, especially Rojen, was incredibly helpful. Rojen responded quickly, was extremely friendly, and addressed all our questions, making the migration to Shopify smooth and almost problem-free. We highly recommend PushOwl for their excellent customer support!
