This is definitely the worst plugin I have ever used. They charge me randomly. And when I upgraded to an existing plan, they charged me twice. Other plugins don't do this. They usually only charge me for extra money. And there is no free trial for this plugin. This is definitely the worst plugin I have ever used. After I was charged twice, they blocked my account. This is definitely a scam.

I can highly recommend Brevo/PushOwl to all business looking for a robust newsletter tool, that allows you to segment, automate, integrate and many thing more to a somewhat sophisticated level. If you do not intended or find the time to build highly personalized flows Brevo will cover you with 80% of value for a fraction of the costs of other tools. Great Pick! However, After spending countless hours comparing different platforms, I want to express my appreciation for Brevo. It’s a fantastic tool that offers everything we currently need for email marketing. The intuitive design, robust features, and excellent value for money make it an outstanding choice—especially for businesses at an early stage. While exploring deeper, I realized that some advanced features available in other tools align better with our long-term email marketing strategy. This led me to choose another platform, but I genuinely believe Brevo is the perfect solution for those looking for an efficient, cost-effective tool. I also want to highlight the exceptional support team at Brevo. They were always prompt, helpful, and went above and beyond to assist me during the decision-making process. Tool is easy to manage and you get very fast feedback from the support team either by chat or email. They even consider your feedback in terms of ongoing development of the app. They have already included some things, which have been missing for my business.

Wonderfully helpful staff, and a lot of powerful tools with reasonable pricing. We have a large contacts list but only send out a handful of newsletters annually, and the way their pricing structure works allows us to just do a few staggered duplicate campaigns and keep the cost reasonable. Sowbagya on the tech support team did a wonderful job of helping us set up some automations for our signup form and verifying it was working correctly!

We've just moved over from Mailchimp as it was too expensive, and so far we're delighted. The integration is smooth and the customer service (Rojen) is superb! Recommended!

Be very cautious with this app. The stats they show are very misleading! by default revenue attribution the app shows is anybody who got the impression in the last 7 days and with their recent changes in the app you even can't change it with the free account. to see their real effect on your revenue make sure to see your analytics on Shopify analytics or GA.

We still have to get started with using Pushowl+Brevo. However, the support provided by Rojen in the initial setup and getting started was very good. Both Rojen and Sowbagya were very helpful and followed up with our case diligently. I was delighted by Rojen's promptness in responding to our query and was presently surprised by the workaround offered to ease our functioning. Really appreciate them for being available and also their flexibility.

Support: Rojen was very helpful. He got my account back from suspension and helped fix some issues. App: A little confusing. Going to the app in Shopify sends you out to the PushOwl website. Clicking on email pages in their site sends you over to Brevo. Opt-in function seems a little buggy but haven't run multiple tests yet.
