Great customer service. Tarnash was really attentive, polite and supportive and gave great advice when it came to improving my store and explaining how everything works. The app is also great the UI is easy to use and it's already helping me understand my customers better!

We've tried some other apps earlier, but this one has the most amount of features. To top that- The customer success team is superb too. So friendly, usually quick to respond and sometimes offering actionable advice & tips. Especially, Taransh who gave us clear directions on what's working & how to make it work even better. Also, proactively looking out for us in terms of the correct plan even if it meant downgrading the monthly revenue we brought for the app.

This app is amazing, but nothing is comparable to their customer success team. They are available and ready for you when you need them. I can definitely see why there are so many 5-star reviews on this app, the app is smooth and the customer support is excellent. Rojen has been extremely helpful, replied in less than 2 minutes, and provided me with many helpful blog posts I can use to further improve my campaigns and notifications. Would definitely recommend it.

The product has a number of important applications at which it is effective i.e. cart abandonment, order update notifications and initial browser opt in prompts. The interface is easy to use and customizable. The team are friendly and helpful, I was even able to reach them on the weekends.
