Amazing app, fantastic features, and truly outstanding support! I recently moved to Brevo from Klaviyo, and I couldn’t be happier with my decision. The platform itself is amazing — it offers powerful features, and what makes it even better is the pricing model. As a small business, being charged based on actual email and web push sends (instead of subscriber count) is a huge plus! What truly stood out for me, though, was the incredible support team. I’m fairly new to email marketing and honestly a bit clueless with the technical stuff — but Brevo made everything feel easy. I had the pleasure of interacting with Sowbagya, and I can’t thank her enough. She was extremely patient, explained everything clearly, and even went the extra mile by handling a few steps from her end to make things smoother for me. Her support was genuine and kind — and left me feeling confident and cared for. I’m genuinely impressed by how responsive and helpful the entire Brevo team has been. Raul from PushOwl provided amazing support. He helped me sync my Brevo subscriber list with Shopify, which was a critical step for getting everything running smoothly. What really stood out was the instant response — I opened the chat and was connected right away. Even after I had to leave the chat, the conversation stayed open for two days, and Raul kept following up to make sure everything was working and confirmed correctly. 90% emails will go Spam folders. I used my base from Shopify store, they banned my campaign after 5-10 unsubscribes. I sent 3 emails to support within 2 weeks - no answers, probably they do not have support. Anyway, 90% email from them will go to spam, - read reviews on Reddit

Piyush was very helpful, as I was really overwhelmed with everything. It didn't say anywhere that I would need assistance if I already had a Brevo Account. So I was trying FOR DAYS figuring out how to make it work. Chat GPT told me that I would need to contact the support so they can set it up for me as that seems to be something one cannot do by themselves? Anyway, now everything works fine and my support angel Piyush was a very helpful and patient guy! Thank you!

Absolutely pathetic!! I wanted to migrate to omnisend but they are not migrating our push subscribers to the new platform. Just a trick to force users to stick to their platform. Have been chasing them for over 2 months but in vein. Have to start my subscribers from zero on omnisned. Lost 27000+ subscribers on their hand. It's a scam!! They deliberately do this to force you to stay!
