I had issues with the synchronization of my Brevo account and the PushOwl/Brevo app integrated into Shopify. I was kindly assisted by Pallavi in customer support, and the problem was resolved. The 5-star rating refers solely to the support, as I haven’t used the app extensively yet.

I can highly recommend Brevo/PushOwl to all business looking for a robust newsletter tool, that allows you to segment, automate, integrate and many thing more to a somewhat sophisticated level. If you do not intended or find the time to build highly personalized flows Brevo will cover you with 80% of value for a fraction of the costs of other tools. Great Pick! Tool is easy to manage and you get very fast feedback from the support team either by chat or email. They even consider your feedback in terms of ongoing development of the app. They have already included some things, which have been missing for my business.
