Great push app and my go to for each store. Support team is very good and always quick to respond, and the dashboard is easy to understand and use.

The customer service is really good and very helpful. They also review your store/dashboard and offer tips and custom plans which is really handy.

I have had Push Owl for years but hadn’t used it really. Recently decided to really take a look at it and they were always offering a free trial. I grabbed that and delved into it but found I already had apps that do what it does. I didn’t worry about the trial as Shopify has made changes to protect against being charged for what is to be a free trial. That being said, even if I understood that in correctly, I was not that irritated about it, though I said in to request for refund that this is unauthorized. I’m review is the customer service person who thought it prudent to be snide in the email to me. They also kept refusing to just say, we will give you a refund. I got we’re giving you a credit, it it will apply to all apps just not Push Owl and was reprimanded again. It doesn’t matter if you think I’m in the wrong. Say sorry for confusion, issue refund and go. I too am running a business and don’t want to go back and forth. And while I may have left Push Owl installed and found a use for it, the bad customer service made put my off, I’ve uninstalled and will not be back.

I signed up for Push owl a while ago and set my automation and forgot about it-It continued to make me money. I recently started utilizing the campaigns and they started making money right away! Deffiataley worth the add-on to your shop! Plus, their customer service is hands down awesome to help you get going!

We have been using PushOwl on our eCommerce store for a few years. We have been pleased with the amount of revenue it has generated from its campaigns and automations for Abandoned Carts and Browse Abandonment. We would like to see an Exclude Segment feature added for the lists to send campaigns to. That would make the App even better!

great app, and very responsive team! They helped me add more custom functions and we discussed how to optimize results for this app, in my opinion this is a better option and less intrusive than email marketing
