Brevo PushOwl: Email,Push,SMS

Extremely confusing setup between Brevo.com and push owl, but outside of the difference between the two services, it was fairly quick to get things going. Yash, a customer support agent, does deserve 5 stars for his help in getting my account confusion sorted out. However the overall app I can't do more than 4 just due to the confusion between Brevo and PushOwl

Doesn't work if you use a different email address for Brevo and Shopify. It'll create a second Brevo account. This is a known bug but they haven't patched it. No self closure for the erroneously created second Brevo account, so you'll have work with different support teams. For us we had one ticket for our actual account, one for PushOwl, and another for the erroneously created account. Easier for us to just manually export and import segmented Shopify lists.

Nous venons de migrer de Wordpress vers Shopify et en installant l'application BrevoPushOwl, celle-ci m'a crée un nouveau compte automatiquement. Heureusement que je suis tombé sur un agent, Yash qui a bien voulu m'aider pour liée mon compte existant à notre site Shopify et le paramétrer. Il a été très réactif, et a su répondre à toutes mes questions en temps réel, notamment sur l'utilité de la plateforme et son fonctionnement. N'hésitez pas à contactez les agents BREVO si vous avez besoin d'aide. Je suis très reconnaissante, merci infiniment à Yash d'avoir résolu mon problème ! :)
