As soon as I added this app, I received an email offering help to get things configured. I had set up the Push Notifications easily enough, and then I asked their support to check them out. The Support Team got online fast and made key recommendations for my store, referring me to links that are templates for more-engaging messages to the customers. They even clicked around my store to offer suggestions on my social links and correcting a page typo...truly a Full-Service Support Team! I am very pleased with this app, as it does what it says it will do. And, I am equally pleased with the Support Team that comes with it! I highly recommend this app.

I was confused as to how this app works, the person on the other end of the chat was very helpful in explaining and sent me articles from push owl to read. He was patient and willing to help, I got a free yearly upgrade and he showed me how to make an overlay for the notifications opt in. Thank you so much!
