Great platform and stellar support. I encountered a rather strange issue with the chat widget. Anjali provided impeccable support—quick and extremely efficient—and the problem was brilliantly resolved. Very satisfied in every respect. Keep up the great work!

Horrible experience! In connecting the app and setting it up. So I decided to cancel on the same day, followed the agents instructions and cancelled and uninstalled the app, a month later, BOOM, charged! Won't recommend to anyone

I installed the tool yesterday to test it in my store and set up some automations. Since I had doubts about whether they were working, I contacted support and spoke with Piyush this morning. He was very attentive in checking all the details of what I had done and fixing small errors so that everything would work perfectly. The best part about this tool is its 24×7 prompt response. I recommend it to most e-commerce professionals, as it offers amazing features and strong security to maintain your domain health. Yes, there are a few minor cons, but they’re negligible compared to the excellent service and features provided. If you’re looking for a long-term solution, I highly recommend this tool.

PushOwl is a true supporter of the Small Business Owner and the Startup Owner who are starting his or her business from nothing. Big Thank you! to Yash for being patient and always friendly. Even when I was away for a couple of minutes, Yash was still there for me and navigated me to all settings I needed to adjust for the PushOwl/ Brevo migration and was only satisfied, when everything was up and running as intended, even when there was some delay in getting my device approved. Looking forward to having a problem soon and getting it solved with Yash ;)

Outstanding Service! Yash was so helpful. The whole conversation takes place in my language. Yash took his time to explain everything to me. He stayed with me until it was all perfectly done. Really great, thank you! Now my new shopify shop runs with brevo and push owl is the technical enabler in the background. All data safe and I can work as I was before switching my shop to shopify.
