Had a "Store verification failed" error when trying to set up the Email feature. Contacted support and Yash from the Customer Success team jumped in right away. He explained the issue clearly, coordinated with the technical team, and got my Brevo account properly connected to Shopify through PushOwl in just a few minutes. Really impressed with how fast and professional the support was. Highly recommend!
I would like to warmly thank Nayan and Anjali for their invaluable help. I encountered several bugs due to incorrect settings on my end, and they supported me with kindness, patience, and care until everything was fully resolved. Being fortunate enough to be bilingual (French and English), I was able to communicate with both support teams, and I find that the French support in particular is especially fast and efficient. I am currently still on the free plan while I finalize my setup and prepare to launch my business. But one thing is certain: as soon as I make my first sales, I will upgrade to a paid plan without hesitation. The responsiveness is outstanding, and the service is excellent, even for customers on the free plan. A big thank you to the entire team for your high-quality work.
