Had an issue with syncing the invoices from my Shopify store to my Quickbooks Online. Got on a chat with Francis and he was extremely helpful and quick to answer. Really nice to talk too and thorough in explaining the solutions. Great service from Francis!

I woke up this morning with a heavy load on my shoulder because of a problem I could not solve In my Quickbook connector. But thanks to Francis, now I feel a whole lot better. Now I know that we have good support and I won't wait so long to ask for help. Thanks again Francis

Waiting time for the chat is really wrong but JASMIN was helpful. They do not support inventory stock level sync anymore. That is terrible. Make it as the previous version. new app is the worst. 2 stars are just for JASMIN.

Works great! Had one issue which was my own fault but Chelle help with tech support and was easy to deal with.
