100% amazing support. Had a sync issue. As soon as I logged in Francis messaged me to let me know about the error and advised on how to resolve it. Syncs have never been an issue since installing and getting it set up.

SHERWIN was very helpful and patient and walked me through each solution we could try. I was very happy with the customer service. Unfortunately, my account does have an issue that has still not been resolved, but SHERWIN is continuing to work with me to find a solution.
